We used to go to the Dairy Bar after every volleyball game our girls had, if it was near...we haven't been for a few years and I decided to take my mother in law, as we were on a little roadtrip around her country stomping grounds. I asked to split the tenderloin basket...the staff are all so sweet and accommodating-they said no problem. When I was called to the pick up window, they had already split it into two separate containers for us-no mess for us to deal with! Mother in law could eat it in time before it meted a lot-so sweet of them! It was all delicious and we sat outside, under the patio roof and it was a beautiful day with a nice breeze. Totally recommend!

We enjoy coming when we're in the area. This is about the only place I can find a Twix ice cream dessert. They were super accommodating and the ice cream was delivered at the window with lightning speed! We ate it on the outdoor patio and were thankful for the free ice water.

We stop by here nearly every trip to or from Lake of the Ozarks from Kansas City. Great value, excellent variety of food and the ice cream is outstanding. Hard to predict when they will be open but I'm sure the business varies daily depending on who is passing through town. It's our favorite go to spot to break up the trip!
