Ok.... when you find a hole in the wall spot that is dynamite, you have to tell others about it.Wife and I were traveling back to KC from Branson and we were both hungry. Pull up food joints nearby and this place pops up. Thought, ok, let's give it a shot since it has a 4.5 rating.Drive in to the lot and see the name on the building with half of the letters missing and thought uh oh.... we are in for an adventure. Walk to the door and see "no credit cards".....we are actually carrying cash today so let's still try it out.Walk inside and and are greeted by friendly staff. Look through the menu and see blackened tenderloin. Man that sounds good. A short time later the food comes out and with a quick glance you can tell that this food was fresh, not frozen. The rolls looked (and tasted) like home made. The corn tasted like sweet corn straight off the cob. That tenderloin was juicy and blackened perfectly. Wife's country fried steak was breaded perfectly as well.....not too much, not bare.Nowadays it's difficult to find real homemade food, but that's exactly what they specialize in......RealHomemadeWe will definitely be back

Woohoo!! What a treasure! Not only super friendly but the food, wow, great stuff and big servings. They do have an ATM because it clearly says cash or check. Not sure how you miss it, but hey some folks might. So make sure you have cash!! You won't be disappointed in the burgers, country fried steak, western hash browns, or the French fries!! Mmm mmm good! We also brought home a peach cobbler since we were so full. Looking forward to the next road trip that direction!

This is a very amazing place founded on our way back home to Colorado I would recommend stopping here for a meal breakfast , lunch or dinner this is good service good people great food Small little place family owned just what you're looking
