We had chicken dinners at Gina's Cafe on June 9, 2025 & it was not good. Our chicken (breasts) were dry & the mashed potatoes were somewhat runny. This isn't the first time we've had dry chicken there; sometimes it good, sometimes not. So... you decide.
Gina catered my wedding and did a fantastic job with the taco buffet. We got a lot of positive comments on the food. We were dealing with a number of VIP's with dietary constraints, and Gina was meticulous about making sure they could safely enjoy the buffet. She was very pleasant to work with.
Gina made lasagna, chicken Parmesan and sausage with onions and peppers, etc. for our wedding. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food. She was excellent to work with and very helpful.
