We placed our order on the mobile app for this location on 4/14/24 because we were cramped for time and it was on our way.When we FINALLY got to the speaker and gave them our order #, we were told to “come on down”. When we asked for a receipt we had to wait because the paper was out.Finally got to the pick up window, that person didn’t know what order we were picking up It took him at least 5 minutes to figure it out, he finally handed us a bag with food, but no drinks. I asked for our drinks, and he apparently didn’t know we were getting drinks.Due to a severe allergy, my husband special orders his burgers. We always check them, and sure enough one was right the other wasn’tHe went back inside, and it was obvious they had no idea how to correct the issue. No apologies, no nothing. They gave him his money back for his burgers.So if you don’t care about service, or if your order is correct, then this is your place. If you do care, this is not your place.Dietary restrictions: My husband has a severe mustard allergy

Most unresponsive, apathetic, mismanaged McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Will be the last time for this location. No napkins, no McDonald’s sauce, no table sevice to deliver in-house kiosk order. Worst part is that staff just didn’t seem to give a damn, as if there is no accountability. If the owner of this franchise looks at these reviews, make some changes. This used to be an exemplary McDonald’s. Now it’s an embarrassment.

Too early to show up at my friend's house for the drive into the city, I stopped here for a coffee and a half hour of wifi. The parking lot was clean with no trash. I was able to park the Sprinter van without difficulty.Inside, the dining room was clean. I had ordered on the app and so the bag with my McMuffin and coffee was ready when I walked up to the counter. All of the tables were clean. I was not able to find an unoccupied one with a power outlet.My coffee was prepared properly (still McDonald's hot but consistent with the brand) and the sandwich was prepared properly.Dietary restrictions: McDonald's is extremely clear about allergens. It was the worst. They took the order from 3 cars on the other line me, but , I WAITED 15 MINUTES for them to answer, and just left with no food. The workers are nice, but the management is bad. The new sauces are out the ice cream machine, unsurprisingly, DOESN’T WORK.

Woefully understaffed. Everything is behind the counter now(soft drinks), ordering system is flawed. They must get enough employees to do this type of service. It's pretty pathetic here in its current state.

Friday, 3-22-24//5pm, 2 entrees,fries, 2 shakes//$18.+...;NO MIX for Shamrock shake as advertised ;my strawberry shake was hardly pink, tasted more like vanilla ;...my Fish Sandwich tasted fresh BUT filet was thinner, cheese was barely half, tartar sauce was barely a tablespoon....SO MY REVIEW IS, A FAVORITE RESTAURANT IS LIKELY NO MORE!! CANNOT AFFORD DOUBLE PRICES FOR LESS FOOD AND QUALITY!!!Only thing decent was the young lady as drive up waitress today !!

The lady Peggy in the drive thru is EXTREMELY RUDE every single time I come to this location! You can tell she hates her job and can care less what she says and how she say it to customers.

I guess they were short staffed because we waited over an hour for our food. We were with our grandkids and of course they were hungry and we could tell the staff were trying but we could tell someone would start on our order and then go to work on something else. They seemed very unorganized!!! The manager walked in while 25 or more people were waiting for their food. I didn't see what he did to help the situation ?

Dirty tables, order taker did not speak to us, (he may have grunted at us), order kiosk not working. Tartar sauce on top of the bun of our fish sandwich. Bad experience all around. Will not be returning to this location.

Crew got my order wrong and were extremely defensive when I politely asked them to correct it. Begrudgingly got me what I paid for, while the girl behind the counter mentioned that she was going to quit. It was a mess and probably the worst restaurant service I’ve ever had. And I don’t normally like to complain, but until this service improves, I will not be going here. I don’t have an extra half hour to spare at the drive thru.
