I visited on the morning of the 31st, and while the food was ready, I noticed the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than serving customers. It was a bit frustrating to wait while they were talking and not giving much attention to the line. Hopefully, they can improve that because otherwise, the food itself was good

They have me the wrong salad dressing and I put it on my salad, before I realized. I had to go back to get another salad. I was testy, but they remained friendly and professional. They gave me a generous compensation for having to return. Thank you Panera Bread Crestwood.

The Panera’s up the street of my house has a drive through. I had signed up for a rewards membership online, and have been keeping an eye out for deals without success. Even the BOGO offers are, buy one get one half off… not great considering their sandwiches are already pricey. This morning I was already out and thought I’d pickup breakfast at McDonald’s on my way home. There weren’t any good rewards, so I thought I’d give Panera’s a try, a tall latte sounded really good. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a large latte- $16. Three dollars off any breakfast sandwich , it came to just over $13. The latte was just over half way full?!? Even the cup is smaller! The everything bagel sausage egg cheese sandwich was good, but the bagel was too much, it overwhelmed the sandwich. The sausage egg and cheese didn’t fit. Don’t let the drive through fool you, Panera’s is an upscale coffee sandwich place. Their coffees have shrunk, they’re still very good so are Mickey D’s. For a quick cheap breakfast, not for me.

Went today and ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel. When I received it the bagel was doughy and uncooked inside. The after taste was similar to vomit. I went to the counter to exchange it. The 2nd bagel was the same. Very under cooked on the inside and toasted on the outside. I ended up leaving disappointed and sure that others would be throwing out their bagels too.
What's the point of ordering ahead when the drive thru line gets backed up with people placing orders there? There should be two separate lines.

Panera is not anymore what is used to be. We seldomly choose to go there. Pastries and baguette are not even close to what they used to be.

This location is very clean and has a wonderful staff. I also want to shout out Zarion, who went out of his way to remake my coffee. He is awesome! I also had accidentally left my purse when I left, and they held it for me in the safe! I am just thankful for their thoughtful and considerate customer service. I really appreciate them so much and will be back regularly!

Walked in and greeted with a bunch of help yourself kiosks. I must be old fashioned. Turned me off and I walked back out. Went down street to Starbucks and they still have real people taking your order.
