Went today and ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel. When I received it the bagel was doughy and uncooked inside. The after taste was similar to vomit. I went to the counter to exchange it. The 2nd bagel was the same. Very under cooked on the inside and toasted on the outside. I ended up leaving disappointed and sure that others would be throwing out their bagels too.

While the food in the atmosphere was very good. The bathrooms have to be the dirtiest I’ve seen in a long time. They really need to be cleaned good

Panera is not anymore what is used to be. We seldomly choose to go there. Pastries and baguette are not even close to what they used to be.

This location is very clean and has a wonderful staff. I also want to shout out Zarion, who went out of his way to remake my coffee. He is awesome! I also had accidentally left my purse when I left, and they held it for me in the safe! I am just thankful for their thoughtful and considerate customer service. I really appreciate them so much and will be back regularly!

Walked in and greeted with a bunch of help yourself kiosks. I must be old fashioned. Turned me off and I walked back out. Went down street to Starbucks and they still have real people taking your order.

Everything was delicious and hot. The staff was so kind and they brought me a baguette fresh out of the oven to use with my soup. It definitely gave me nostalgia of coming to Panera or St. Louis bread (depending on where you are) when I was younger.

Wendy and team are struggling mighty this morning unable after 15 minutes to complete an order because it had a parfait. We should probably look at staffing levels or focus more on training
Oh man-there goes my “healthy” food alternative. First-this place is in Crestwood-not So-Co. Doy. I was surprised to find out that the “you pick 2” is now $15.You could go to Chipotle and spend less and get more. Hella overpriced for 1 slice of meat on your sandwich. Also-when I got home I found there was no feta cheese on my Greek salad. So-I paid more than I wanted to and didn’t get what I was supposed to. The staff here are usually very friendly,but they always seem confused about whatever the policy is for their promotions. I hate to have to beg for stuff. You’ll have to here. Way to go if you want to get ripped off.

Best location! There are some rough reviews from about a year ago and I agree it had a rough start- but it has quickly turned into the best one in SoCo. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and down to earth- it’s clean and everything is fairly fast.

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and they have screwed up my order more than once. The last time they screwed up, I called to let them know one of the items on my pick 2 was incorrect. I was civil and willing to work with them. I was told I would receive a voucher in the mail and haven’t. The person I spoke to didn’t seem to care/fake empathy. Extremely disappointing.
