Putting chipotle sauce on the quesadilla instead of the creamy jalapeno sauce invokes a visceral reaction for me. I don't know why they so frequently get mixed up, maybe they are similar colors but the flavor is completely different. Chipotle sauce = vile, rancid even. Creamy Jalapeno Sauce = a true gift from God. Please pay more attention when making the products that require creamy jalapeno sauce. Idk if y'all use the chipotle sauce as a substitute when you're out of creamy jalapeno, but it's horrible and u should tell ppl who are ordering before doing that. Wasting $11 on a chicken cantina meal just to take a bite of the worst sauce Taco Bell has ever released is an experience I have had far too often and hope I never ever have again and never should've had in the first place. Im not mad at the staff, Im mad the the chipotle sauce exists cuz it's disgusting and ruins my dillas

I really don't get it!!! The person in drive thru has one job put the bag in the food he always forgets something like napkins,hot sauce, burrito,a drink,straw the list can get on for about 7 months now he always be forgetting something!!! I think that guy needs a drug test or something that's the only humanly possibility 🤔 I've been coming to this Toco bell for 6 years but the service has been awful this year for the closing shift at night at the windows please taco bell to better I love going there you're 0.2 miles from my house if that

I visit this location about 3 or 4 times a month. I don't have much time to go in and eat so I usually go through the drive-thru. I can say without a doubt this is an exceptional Taco bell. The staff is very kind and accommodating, the food is always hot and delicious, and if there's ever a problem they're always prompt to fix it. I would recommend this location to everyone!

My dad was ordering food and the manager was very rude to him because he couldn’t see the screen what it said through the drive through. He is a 75 year old man and he went inside to complain she said I will call the police for no reason.

So I ordered a steak burrito one day and it was super cold and I had only 2 pieces of meat not even being dramatic I kept biting and never taste meat so I open it up there was 2 pieces of steak that was irritating..but my main issue I went to pickup an online order and when I arrive a guy said it's not up yet so when it was ready a girl employee grabbed food and said to him who does this go to he says loud the black lady 😐 I am black but did he need to point that out to the whole restaurant he could have said the lady in white shirt ,the lady with the blue hat because if I were Caucasian I doubt he would have said to the white lady ..I know to most it seems dramatic but honestly I just felt shocked I wasn't ever expecting to be called out like that especially when there are names on the orders 😐 I felt embarrassed there were other customers there and yes I was the only black person but who calls a customer by race? I think that was completely unprofessional and I hope he doesn't continue to call customers out like that . I just walked in a slow motion with this confusion 😕 saying to myself wow that's the first time anyone has done something like that it's crazy

Says their drive thru is open until 2am. Went there an hour and a half before close. Lights are on and clearly see employees in building. Kid at drive thru mic tells me after I have been sitting there a hot minute “uhhh we’re closed, cause we uhhhh are out of all product. You’re out of all product? Uhhh ..yeaaahh we are”. I doubt that buddy but ok. Just go the Taco Bell off big bend and Dougherty ferry.
