New $9 box is a joke. The updated meal includes 2 burritos, what they dont tell you is the burritos combined are smaller than even the taco. I know its not the locations fault but definitely shouldn't be $9. The cheese roll ups on the value menu were more filling than this box..

It wasn't the greatest experience and the food was cold and awful I didn't even eat it does a person that was behind the counter that took my money said behind the close door they wouldn't know a difference... I will never recommend anyone to go to there very shady place eat at this place.

Got food there and everything was cold or not cooked all the way or just covered in grease. All three quesadillas weren't cooked and cold and had unmelted cheese. Fries where freezing plus they were cold and hard as rocks. Everything must have been either been sitting there all day are just not cooked. Just threw the whole $20 order away. Didn't want to get food poisoning like some of the other reviews said. Won't be going back. Plus one of the employees were screaming in the kitchen so loud you could here it in the drive through.

I’m honestly surprised how places like this, especially Taco Bell locations, are still operating. The employees don’t seem to take their job seriously at all, and because of that the whole place ends up in a terrible condition. Everything feels completely mismanaged and falling apart.

My chicken for my burrito had been stuck together in the fryer, leaving weird soggy pieces of breading between the two pieces. Then I spent the entire next day with food poisoning. Improper chicken cooking techniques can be very dangerous. Don't recommend getting anything with fried chicken at this location.

This Taco Bell is the worst I’ve ever been too!! They never get my food right ever, I also ask for black beans instead of their beef, because the black beans are so much better, but to night I’ve had it with them, they didn’t give me my black beans but instead chicken in my cheesy Gordita crunch, like what chicken doesn’t sound anything like black beans! AND they but a “burrito” like thing in my bag that was just beef and tortilla… this is unacceptable for any fast food restaurant! I will never come here again. The works here don’t care about the customers experience or quantity of their food either. It’s a shame because i love Taco Bell but now i rather make it at home or GO TO A REAL MEXICAN REAL WHERE THEY WILL MAKE GREAT FOOD THAT I ORDER!!!

Putting chipotle sauce on the quesadilla instead of the creamy jalapeno sauce invokes a visceral reaction for me. I don't know why they so frequently get mixed up, maybe they are similar colors but the flavor is completely different. Chipotle sauce = vile, rancid even. Creamy Jalapeno Sauce = a true gift from God. Please pay more attention when making the products that require creamy jalapeno sauce. Idk if y'all use the chipotle sauce as a substitute when you're out of creamy jalapeno, but it's horrible and u should tell ppl who are ordering before doing that. Wasting $11 on a chicken cantina meal just to take a bite of the worst sauce Taco Bell has ever released is an experience I have had far too often and hope I never ever have again and never should've had in the first place. Im not mad at the staff, Im mad the the chipotle sauce exists cuz it's disgusting and ruins my dillas

I really don't get it!!! The person in drive thru has one job put the bag in the food he always forgets something like napkins,hot sauce, burrito,a drink,straw the list can get on for about 7 months now he always be forgetting something!!! I think that guy needs a drug test or something that's the only humanly possibility 🤔 I've been coming to this Toco bell for 6 years but the service has been awful this year for the closing shift at night at the windows please taco bell to better I love going there you're 0.2 miles from my house if that

I visit this location about 3 or 4 times a month. I don't have much time to go in and eat so I usually go through the drive-thru. I can say without a doubt this is an exceptional Taco bell. The staff is very kind and accommodating, the food is always hot and delicious, and if there's ever a problem they're always prompt to fix it. I would recommend this location to everyone!
