“Had an amazing lunch today at Mu Bahn Thai. I ordered the Appetizer Sampler and was impressed. A taste of 4 of their items left me wanting more of each. I had the Spicy Crispy Chicken from the Wok page of the menu. You get to select your heat level! I like it hot so I chose Thai Hot (which is still not the hottest) Good thing my server was on his game to keep my tea glass filled! Huge portions, great presentation, mouth watering flavor, very nice atmosphere and decor inside. All thumbs up!”

“I love picking up premade parfaits to have for an easy grab and go throughout the week. The loaded shakes and mega teas are awesome. When out and about I stop in to visit Michelle and John who are the nicest people. I use the products at home and I’m a preferred member earning a discount. I’ve made my own protein balls, donuts, shakes and teas with their recipes and my random off the wall home recipes. Cant beat the free workouts offered as well.”

Stopped into El Centario in Waynesville after a long day, and it did not disappoint. The chicken and steak fajita nachos were loaded, flavorful, and easily some of the best I’ve had in the area. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, the staff was attentive, and everything came out fresh and hot.

“I always enjoy the non coffee drinks at this location but sometimes when i get a coffee drink from here the drink is burnt tasting. I dont know why but when they are not burnty they are awesome. But my favorite drinks are the red bull infusions from here.”
