I have only had this place 1 time back shortly when it opened. And they were complimentary due to where I worked.. it was fabulous then.. I got the French dip today...!!! 🤯. This is the best damn French dip I've ever gotten anywhere. There was an issue with slaw... But IDC. The food more than made up for it. I did call just to make sure it wasn't something I did and the manager was so nice. I didn't want compensation or anything from her. I understand it gets busy there and shit happens. But regardless. I'd order this again even if I was missing my slaw every time😅. 10\\10 for me

Went back to get a replacement sub after not getting what i wanted on my sandwich. Ordered at close then theyre closed sunday and monday was greeted by an older lady and she was terrible. Was asking for a replacement and i tried showing her pictures of my receipt and sandwich. Already giving me attitude she says she will pull them up on the register i could have came back anytime and took pictures of a different order. Basically calling me a liar for a lousy 15 dollars. Then she starts grilling me, why didnt you call and tell us the night of, well i didnt open the sandwich right away and u guys were closed. She said well you should have called why didnt you call on tuesday? Well i had shit going on. She said well i was here and i made that sandwich right. Would not even look at my TIMESTAMPED photos. A1 sauce is brown almost black horse radish is white and i was supposed to have banana peppers. I only see cheese. After some huffing and puffing she finally decides to remake the sandwich she still forgot the banana peppers but i had no desire to confront her any longer and didnt eat the sub in fear of her spitting in it because she seemed that misserable with life. Pretty sure you shouldnt be insinuating your customers are scamming/liars she was very rude not going back until they get different staff if i do ever go back at all. Unfortunate that this was one of my favorite places. Update: OHH, after reading other reviews this seems to be the owner and had attitude towards other customers. No wonder. Will not be going back. You shouldnt automatically assume the worst from customers. Sometimes it is legit. Have a great day :)

Small place, if you blink you'll miss it. Good place for sitting outside and eating a quick bite, or taking an order back home. Food are impeccable. One of my favorite spots.

A TRUE Philly cheesesteak sandwich!!! Beef, onions and cheese wiz!! I added pepperoncini peppers. DELICIOUS!!!! Was SO HUNGRY and, it was SO YUMMY, we took pics after we took bites! Oh well!! Will definitely return!!

Loud noise cramped staff is short handed long long wait for anything. Can't hear anyone talk, everyone is SCREAMING !!!
Although I have not visited in several years, I have consistently found the sandwiches to be reasonably authentic and freshly prepared. Regrettably, this was not the case today. The steak was precooked and had a distinct seasoning profile that deviated from that of a traditional Philly cheesesteak. Additionally, the tots were not of the previous quality.
