I called in a hamburger and a chocolate shake, said it would be 15 minutes got there still was not ready, gave me a buzzer and after 25 minutes I went up to the window where all the teenagers in there were having themselves a good time and my burger was under the lights and my shake is gross. I didn't have time to wait for another order so I guess poor poor customer service and poor food goes out without proper supervision for a bunch of kids.
We just had the worst experience here. Waited an hour for our food. When the food finally came out it was an incorrect order, cold fries and cold onion rings. We addressed the problems and were met with attitude and annoyance. Told it wasn’t McDonald’s which is definitely true because McDonald’s would’ve handled the situation much better! So sad, a simple adjustment to the order and apology would have been a satisfactory solution but now I’m writing a bad review and...read full review
oh gordon’s what’s not to love? i’ve been going here since i was a kid with my dad and it’s always been the same,the best burger i’ve ever had, and the cheese fries mann! the hard working people that run that show do a amazing job i highly recommend stopping in to have a single cheeseburger and some cheese fries it’s my favorite thanks to the awesome cooks! i swear they make mine special or something cuz its always so good
