Food is extremely bland overall. It feels like cheap ingredients and no salt was used. Just fats and starch. Old feeling pico, somehow flavorless onion. The tomato was also weak, but that's to be expected in October -- can't legitimately find fault there.
It isn't *bad*, but there's not much to like in terms of the food. Staff were good, nice, attentive. Decor was pretty good as well. Neither are enough to salve the core failing though.
Queso fundido and seemingly homemade chips were a good start though. Refried beans in the fundido is unusual, but not bad. Some in my party liked that. It was, for sure, the highlight of the meal for me, but was only OK.

Molcajete Iguana, Grand Marnier Margaritas and the Iquanas Loco were all absolutely delicious and tasty! Service and atmosphere were also great!

Jacqueline and everyone was so amazing! The food was just exquisite! Best mexican food hands down.
The Birria tacos were not deep fried they were just served on a plain corn tortilla and our waiter was extremely aggressive and rude, and I’m pretty sure he overcharged us. We payed damn near $50.
