So disappointed! The pretzels taste different from PretzelPretzel and are not cooked thoroughly. We got the 3 piece big one and where it knots it was almost raw! Very doughy & gooey. Plus now you have to pay for mustard.
Service was great and the pretzels were good. I personally prefer a denser pretzel but I'll definitely be back in the future. My family does prefer the softer pretzels.

The Festus 'Pretzel, Pretzel' was AWESOME. The best pretzels we have had at any of their locations. The place was clean and the staff member who helped us was friendly. We will be back!!
