The daytime shift at Jack in the Box is wonderful and I highly recommend that if you choose to eat at this establishment you come during the daytime hours! The interaction I had with Annelle ( the manager) and a crew member Dakota was absolutely insane. While placing my order it almost seemed like a hassle and “waste of her time” not enthusiastic or welcoming one but not to mention when asking a question about the Red Bull drink and the flavors the response I got was “it’s on the menu” on the menu I could almost hear her rolling her eyes but to my surprise I got to see it right as I pulled up to the window. I asked the crew member Dakota if she liked Red Bull drink and she looked at me with a death stare and closed the window on me. Annelle kept tossing me dirty looks along with Dakota. I understand everyone has off days but to be so disrespectful and rude to customers is truly unacceptable and unfortunately there are many that have experienced the same type interaction from then night shift. Hopefully they can make some changes in order to provide actual customer service and make it to where people will want to come during the day and night shift!

Tacos, tacos, tacos, tacos....did I mention TACOS!!!!! Was so good to smash a bag of tacos. We literally bought them out of tacos!! They only had 7 left, but still counts as wiping them out!! Great staff. Love tacos!!
