Absolutely shameful employees pulled up to the window and he acted like I was bothering him by even coming through the 24-hour drive-thru very unpleasant did not seem to want to be at work some people just don't belong and public workspaces

Did not enjoy. Eggroles are my go-to but we adventured out on a burger and tacos- I forget you’ve gotta be hungover or drunk-maybe a little high to enjoy this grease-trap food. They were polite, again egg-roles on point. Oh and please bring back those chicken/mashed potatoe slider things haha. We were ready to see a fun menu with interesting things, but nothing crazy. What happened jack-in-the-box?

A nice newer looking Jack in the Box. We mobile ordered. They greeted us and told us a few minutes. They checked in when they were out of one of the sauces. Great service and efficient right around lunch time. The bathrooms were clean and it is just a right turn off the exit if you are going east. Perfect quick stop with a gas station beside it, if you need food and gas in a hurry

I order my food through door dash! I received slightly cold food I had to reheat in the microwave. We all know how reheated fast food taste like! I should've checked my food before letting the door dash person leave! My fries tasted like they was made way ahead of time, as well as my dried out tacos! I expect better from Jack In The Box, because usually their food is fresh! I worked at Jack In The Box, so I know they could've worked on my order 10 minutes prior to the pick up time. DON'T ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH IF YOU EXPECT FRESH FOOD! I had these issues before. Hopefully I learn my lesson and I stop ordering through door dash! I don't just blame door dash I blame the workers who don't care if they make fresh food! They got to keep their times low for corporate! So I blame cooperate too! Speedy production over quality production! DO BETTER!

We just came through and it appeared closed, but we went through the drive through and our entire order was piping hot and fresh! The young man who took care of us was so polite, and very professional. Good kid you can tell. His mama must be proud of him!! Nice job!!
