They need a serious management overhaul. Teenagers working their hind ends off while the "shift managers " scream at them to shut up when they are asking for help, while they're standing around socializing ignoring customers. I have brought this to the attention of the GM on a previous visit. Evidently that fell of deaf ears considering that was over a month ago and the same poor customer service and unprofessional behavior persists.
