We ordered like normal and then got to the first window and they messed it all up so we had to hold everyone behind us to re-order at the window and then after we got our food they still messed it up.

We ordered a 10 piece nugget, large fry, and McChicken. We requested extra sauce at the speaker when ordering. We got up to the window and they only gave us two sauces. We requested more and she stated we should have asked at the speaker which we did and we informed her of that. She handed us one more and said “just go”.

I was missing a cheeseburger and sent my boyfriend in to try and get the burger, the night shift manager Megan just looked at him and completely ignored him and then I had to go inside just to ask someone for the burger because they completely ignore their customers when they’re standing right at the register. (Nobody else was in the restaurant)

Forced to use kiosk as there was no one even remotely close to the counter. Then waited ten minutes for two coffees and a tea. Close this store…. The gas station across the street is far superior!

Absolute worst McDonald’s and customer service I’ve seen at any business. I’ve never left a review for any restaurant. It was THAT BAD. I waited 40 min in the lobby for a Big Mac that never came with my Big Mac meal. I watched the high school “manager” make 2 bags of food for her and her friends at a table in the lobby while I waited. I watched them clear out drive through 3 times and still never served me. Reminded them about it several times and they assured me it was coming! I eventually gave up. No refund. No Big Mac. Just a couple tears of frustration! Save your self the trouble just make a ham sandwich!

This is the second time I have ordered delivery, and didn't get what I ordered. I ordered two sodas. The bag was sealed and everything. Only one soda.
If I could give no stars I would. Ordered two sandwhiches in drive thru after the app didnt work.. waited about 15 minutes for said sandwhiches then after getting home discovered we didnt even get the other sandwhich! I am beyond angry. Not to mention the girl who took the order had an attitude like it was our fault she works there. Plus fries were half filled. Called to see if we could get the other sandwhich and after finally getting ahold of a worker they just didnt respond like no talking.

Workers not watching the front line, both times had to wait excessively for my orders that were just sitting behind the counter, took 20 minutes just to get a Carmel frappe, and had to listen to an employee continually complaining last night about having to make drinks… at this time I would not recommend this place unless you want to wait forever get lukewarm food and a partially messed up frappe store # 10588

Food was hot and fresh, but warning, never go inside. Drive through gets priority. Waited 18 minutes for our food. Also, waited forever at the counter because I wanted to pay with cash and not use the kiosk. Cashier was robotic, no smile, no emotion, zombie like. Inside was clean, kudos for that. I used to work in a restaurant, we smiled, worked and had fun. Feel so sorry for so many of our depressed, lethargic young people.
