I went in tonight at 7:30 sat there till 8:20 and the whole night crew was messing around in the back making inappropriate comments to each other and playing very sexual songs. Customers outside had long waits and food was burnt due to goofing off the manager on shift was also being very immature with them. only one employee did his job and was making sure things were getting done.

Me and my boyfriend went through the drive through and had ordered some food with 2 large Dr peppers. When we got to the window the lady only handed us one. So I said “we ordered 2 dr peppers” she then rudely asked the see the receipt. When I got the receipt out I notice the clerk had only put one on it my fault for not catching it. However then I said “oh it looks like she missed the second Dr Pepper can we order another large Dr Pepper really quick?” Where then the window lady then had basically told me no. I was taken back that someone was refusing to do their job. I am a customer asking to buy a Dr Pepper and I got told no. Poor service I will not be returning.

12/12/24 I ordered 3 burgers and 2 fries. Plenty of workers inside and not very busy at 8pm however I’ve noticed this night manager has been stressing the workers out. And I’ve been sitting waiting for 30 minutes for 3 burgers and 2 small fries.. I suggest some management changes. Please for your customers. This was ridiculous

Long wait, the 3 cars behind us got their food before we got 1 happy meal.
I go there often but messing my order up 6 times in a row and acting careless about it is, a little harsh, it’s not your food don’t make it how you’d eat it it’s not your money going to waste if it’s incorrect!

I only use the drive I don't have time to sit and eat in house. Drive through can get backed up if it's during lunch or dinner time. I try to plan my stop in-between or afterwards.

Can you please, for the love of God, stop parking people every time we come through the drive thru? I haven’t gotten my food at the window in over a year. It never used to be this slow here. It seems they park you just so they can take their time making your food. I come here when I need it to be fast. This is not fast. This is annoying.

The person in the drive-thru taking the order was rushing us to take the order. When we got our order we got frapes. Instead of 2 Oreo shakes and one frape. They closed the window quickly, it was late and we just wanted to continue with our wqy home.
