this place was not clean, the service sucked, we were the only ones in the place. Ordered a pan pizza, what we got was more of a thin crust. When we asked ,she said it's a pan and walked away. We eat at pizza hut in our area( Monroe wis) regularly and the pan are always thick and crispy,,, always very good. This place is in need of some serious customer service training and a good deep clean

I ordered online. Pizza wasnt that hot when we picked it up at the recommended time. They totally didn't give us the 2 garlic sauces we paid for so we had to drive ALL the way back into town (on the opposite side of town) to get our sauces. Of course by the time we got back the pizza was cold and it was horrible. The reason. I ordered o. Line is because if the order is there readable put in by me... how can they screw it up? We'll they can. They only offered to give me 2 dollars credit... ridiculous! Casey's pizza is better and hotter and they dont mess your order up!

Do not eat here…the man making the pizza was not wearing gloves. I watched him grab cheese and then wipe his hands in his dirty pants and then grab more toppings. I told them I wanted a refund because that is not sanitary, I was told that the health department doesn’t recommend them using gloves….NASTY!!!!

Wow! I loved the tavern style pizza! We ordered a specialty pizza and took off tomatoes and added mushrooms - they did it perfect! We also tried the Hawaiian one - so good! I love you can pick it up through the drive thru and how friendly the service was! We did have to call to place our order because it wouldn't work online, but they took our order perfectly! Will definitely order more frequently!

Great people working here! The food was excellent! Nobody out pizzas the Hut! Walked in and placed a fairly large order to go. The staff was fast and friendly, and we had our fantastic food quickly. I honestly thought the girl that picked up the phone was joking. I hung up after dealing with an amazing amount of ignorance. Didn't even get to complete the order. I have tried to order from over a dozen Pizza Huts in the past 3 years and only got through the order one time with the wrong food delivered and never corrected. These places are going down hill fast.
Pizza was ok but the girl in drive thru took my money had 4 dollars in change coming back to me and I had to ask for it back she told me she assumed it was her tip would recommend but pay with card and for them to train their employees better
