Don't recommend flies & roaches, fly in glass of tea & on a different visit, roaches on wall, girl taking phone order has no business taking orders, she order whatever she wanted & then try telling us we order a burrito with lettuce....umm...NO

Both of our meals were fantastic. My fajita steak nachos were delicious. Really tender meat. Margarita was great. Would definitely go again when coming through Cuba.

Honestly great food and love the people service but nobody answers the phone when I try to order my food all the time it's every single time I understand being busy an all but don't have a way to order food from the phone if nobody wants to answer the phones

We were very well served but the Mood was not pleased. A lot of noise coming from the kitchen. And the food also did not please, very heavy and in large quantities. Very cheap.

Went in, took a while to be seated, no biggie because they were clearly busy at that time. Took nearly 45 minutes after ordering to get any food, one person in our party did not get their food. Was told “they are remaking that now, it was messed up so I sent it back. Should be out any minute” Everyone who had food ate, to keep it from getting cold. Another 45 minutes later, the missing plate still hadn’t been brought out and the only answer we got was “they messed it up the first time, they are fixing it and will have it out in a few minutes”. Ended up asking for it to just be put in a to go box, and for our checks. Another nearly 15 minutes later we went to pay, and then the missing food was brought over. While waiting to pay, they took that food back, and brought us a different box stating they mixed them up. Went home (literally 2 miles from the restaurant) and the food was cold, the tortillas so soggy they were inedible. Was overall a rough experience, with long wait times, service that was mediocre at best, and food that ended up being thrown out.

Went in, 4 adults, 3 small kids. It’s taco Thursday, so the kids and 2 adults got tacos, everyone at the table got their food except one person, waited nearly an hour for the one persons food, and then after we went to pay it was brought over, then taken back, then we got a different box of food that was cold and soggy. Also had to ask for our waters to be refilled, and when the waitress came back she didn’t bring enough for everyone and we did not see her again until we were going up to pay. Wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone who is just looking to have a low stress meal with their family.

The one person got there food in a to go box waiting in line to pay for a meal they waited over a hour and half for and didn't even get to eat it with there family. Got home and the food was soggy and cold already and we only live 6 minutes away. Very disappointed. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I have been here several times and never had any issues until tonight. Waited roughly 45 minutes for food which is not bad when they’re busy. They served my entire family their dinners except me! I waited over an hour and half for my food! My family had finished eating before I even got my food and I got it as I was heading to the front to pay and go home. While standing in line to pay they finally bring me my food and then not even a few minutes later took my food back because they made it wrong (I wasn’t even aware it was wrong) and then proceeded to give me a new food box with the correct food. It was cold and soggy. I left hungry and irritated over the whole experience.

We have been coming to this restaurant for many years. We do not live in the area but have relatives out there. The restaurant unfortunately has lost some of its draw. It seems it was more authentic when Hispanic people ran it. Our waitress was good and kept on top of things. The margaritas were not so good. Seemed like they came from a pre mix. The food has lost its authentic Mexican cuisine. Don't know if we will return next year which is sad bc it has been a tradition of ours for many years as I said.
