So, I guess Sonic doesn’t feel the need to hire people who know how to do their job. I had just got done with a float trip around the area and wanted to get food after. My boyfriend and I decided on the Sonic closest to us, which was the one in Cuba, MO. There was almost no wait, so I’ll give them that, but they didn’t take the time to get anything but our drinks right. I paid $5.99 for a chicken sandwich. You know what I got? A kid’s cheeseburger. I paid $13.88 for a bacon stack combo. I got a regular cheeseburger. I didn’t realize this until I got home, which was an hour later. My boyfriend also said that the onion rings he got tasted different and weird. On the receipt, my person was named Jadelyn, but on her paper asking for a review, it said Haelyn. Whichever one it is, I wouldn’t go to her, considering the fact that she couldn’t look at our order and get anything right besides the drinks. In fact, just don’t go here at all because none of the workers seem to do their job right looking at this location’s other reviews. It’s crazy to think that people are getting paid to just mess up what other people are paying for. Do better! I also posted a picture of my “chicken sandwich.” :)

I have sat for over a half hour just for a route 44 slush. there is nobody else at any stalls. this is the worst service that I have ever received at any restaurant ever.I usually live Sonic but this one in Cuba horrible.
Pick up the phone and talk about how your worker hit my car with her delivery tray ya fuqqin pansies. My insurance is about to be notified.

It’s took over twenty minutes to get our items (two drinks) and there was only three other people at that sonic one of which was there when I had pulled in, it is 5/25/2025.

All I can say is WOW!! Never in my life have I been treated like this!! I pull up to the drive thru and wait and wait. I see 3 workers standing outside smoking, so I say “can you hear me”. Still nothing. So I drive up to the window and to my surprise there is an old lady there. She opens the window and looks at me like I’m the dumbest person on earth. I am shocked!! I say I waited but no one said anything at the speaker. She screams “I ASK YOU 2 TIMES TO TAKE YOUR ORDER”. My wife and teenage daughter are in the truck with me. I say to her, “We never heard anything” this old lady went off the handle. Screaming and cussing stuff I couldn’t understand. I told her I would rather eat dirt than eat at this sonic and rolled up my window and drove off. I have traveled for 38 years nationwide for business and seen about anything there is to see, but I have never seen a person act this way. Lunch did end good for me and my family though as we went to jack in the box and had a great meal with the most pleasant employees. Sonic is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and have eaten at them in every state, but I will never visit this one again and will make sure I pass this negative experience on for all to know.
