Kinda wish I hadn't taken my first bit
Ordered door dash tonight and this black nasty stuff was in my 3 year olds grilled cheese! As you can see she already took several bites.
It’s took over twenty minutes to get our items (two drinks) and there was only three other people at that sonic one of which was there when I had pulled in, it is 5/25/2025.
All I can say is WOW!!
Never in my life have I been treated like this!!
I pull up to the drive thru and wait and wait. I see 3 workers standing outside smoking, so I say “can you hear me”. Still nothing. So I drive up to the window and to my surprise there is an old lady there. She opens the window and looks at me like I’m the dumbest person on earth. I am shocked!! I say I waited but no one said anything at the speaker. She screams “I ASK YOU 2 TIMES TO TAKE YOUR ORDER”. My wife and teenage daughter are in the truck with me. I say to her, “We never heard anything” this old lady went off the handle. Screaming and cussing stuff I couldn’t understand. I told her I would rather eat dirt than eat at this sonic and rolled up my window and drove off. I have traveled for 38 years nationwide for business and seen about anything there is to see, but I have never seen a person act this way. Lunch did end good for me and my family though as we went to jack in the box and had a great meal with the most pleasant employees. Sonic is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and have eaten at them in every state, but I will never visit this one again and will make sure I pass this negative experience on for all to know.
Incredibly disappointed. Services has gotten bad the last couple weeks, food taken to wrong stalls, workers rude. Used to be better.
Had a milkshake that was impossible to suck through the straw.
Me and my family went over there, they were talking back normally, and just stopped talking to us, and we came up to the window and the people in there didn't even do anything, they knew we were there but they just ignored us all, same with the manager that was there
Went to the stall on 1/29/25 around 4pm. Autumn took our order first. She messed up our order by forgetting a whole meal we ordered. Derek came to his shift and straighten it out for us. Derek even ended up offering to pay a couple dollars of our meal since she had messed it up. Derek was amazing, he has great customer service!

Went to Sonic last night and back to their worthless bs!!! The whole order was a complete mess. This is pathetic people!!!!!

Acrylic nail found in ice cream:
Went through the drive through on 9/25/24 at 4:50 in the afternoon. We ordered 2 dinners and a small ice cream. When I went to pay, I was not given or offered my receipt. When my husband was almost done eating his ice cream, he bit into something weird and we discovered an acrylic nail in the bottom of his ice cream. We immediately called the store and complained and Brandon told me that I could come back to the store that evening and get a full refund. And I reminded Brandon that I wasn’t given a receipt and he said it was okay. So I went back to the store and was told by someone else that since I didn’t have the receipt, I wouldn’t get a refund, and the only option they had was to remake the food for me which I obviously declined. I explained again that I wasn’t even offered my receipt and it wasn’t my fault that my husband bit into the nail or that we didn’t have the receipt. I was given no other forms of compensation. just told to call back tomorrow so I might be able to speak to a different manager. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is a major health code violation and this store should be under investigation.

If u advertise for customers with highway signs directed towards travelers u should offer restrooms on your property vs telling me to head to Casey's. Ice cream was cold like service.

Relieved the wrong sizes on my milkshake. Whatever. Headed down the highway and try to eat my chicken and bacon wrap. Don't even have it opened at all yet and it starts pouring ranch onto my lap. Exactly what I need while trying to drive. Couldn't even eat it. One little piece of chicken and the rest of it was ranch. Had to Chuck it out the windows so it wouldn't just keep pouring ranch onto me and my car
