had dinner there last night. our food was mostly uneatable. ordered chile poplanos they tasted like they had been in fridge for 2 weeks uncovered. also got taquitos they were very stale and dried up. we told the waitress, said she was sorry....that's it! no offering to replace or make fresh and nothing taken off our bill. very disappointed doubt if we will ever go back

We are regulars there, usually take out. However we decided to stop for lunch/dinner, there were 2 waitresses, a dark haired one and a blonde, only one group of people there, about 4-5 teenage boys.
We sat down to order, dark haired waitress came to take our order, we repeated it 3 different times, as she seemed confused, we received our order and it was wrong, waited for several minutes for one of them to walk back, I finally walked up and told her the order was wrong, as they looked it up in the computer,they said that what we ordered on was on the menu and that was what the menu said,they agreed to refresh the order, we said it was ok, we wanted you to be aware, as we sat there, not one time, did one of them even look back,we weren’t asked if we needed refills or anything, I then waited for a check and a to go box, needless to say,I had to go ask for those as well. Waitresses need more training, and they need to understand that what the customers order, is what they want…

My girlfriend and I went to Coyol after her having told me she had been before and not enjoyed it. She couldn't have been more right. We sat down and ordered drinks. She ordered a Margarita, calling it lack-luster would be a compliment. It was one of the worst Margaritas I have ever had. Flavorless and bland was the name of the game. It tasted watered-down. The chips and salsa tasted stale. The waitress asked us if we were ready to order. We advised that we need a few more minutes to look at the menu. We sat for at least 10 minutes before getting up to leave. My girlfriend took maybe 3 sips of the abysmal Margarita. We left more than enough money to cover the mostly full drink. Having not seen the waitress in at least ten minutes. She managed to chase us down in the parking lot about the bill. When we responded that we did not order anything and left the money on the table she looked confused and unaware. She turned through her notebook realized that she never took an order from us and walked back inside. My girlfriend and myself were left flabbergasted at the experience. Would highly recommend going anywhere else.

Our food didn't come out together. My wife's tacos came out 5 minutes before my carne asada. My tortilla with the carne asada came out several minutes after the food. The food was just ok as well, nothing I would brag about.

I really would love this place because it's in my backyard but it was stale, cheese was gritty and inedible, rice was so old... veggies were good, prices are good. Just seems disorganized and no quality control. I'll try again, maybe I got them on a bad night
Awesome food at really good prices. Very attentive and friendly staff. I would highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite to eat. Worth every penny…Every visit
Good luck calling in to get food for take out, the staff there said they "just let that thing ring" becuse there are only two of them.
