I'm having flashbacks from the 90s when Domino's got so bad they had to revamp their whole system. The hand-tossed crust on the pizza I got yesterday was like cardboard and tasteless. Nothing like it was after the revamp, when everything was new and tasted good. Sad.

Food is always hot, ready with in a reasonable time, store is clean. The issue is, twice I heard a female manager/ shift leader yell at her staff loudly and rudely. Last night the kids were working hard and fast with how busy they were. She yelling stop chat chatting , focus, you'll work better, she just kept going and going till one finally said something about the cheese. Then she started again. It lasted the whole time I was is there. I could barely hear them taking, she was so much loud and disruptive, I also observed everybody else working smoothly, she was the only one freaking out. If she feels they are so far behind, she could do more than just cut a couple pizzas. That's the single issue I have there, is how they treat the employees. The only reason I gave them a one is hoping someone higher up can see it and fix the issue.
Love this location! Our pizzas always arrive in a timely manner, hot, and full of toppings! And they never forget anything.

Well, I got my order in before they technically closed. 0000 thank you I’m sorry I ordered it. Jacob started preparing it and then he canceled my order. I have a lg family so this makes me mad……. I pray my next order is full with toppings and pasta to the top in the containers sometimes two containers out of the 5 to 10 I’ll get a pasta will look totally different and somehow have less some won’t.

Absolutely terrible disgusting customer service once you talk to the manager they end up just hanging up on you. They want people to be hired. They need to do better and be better.

can't get the order right. store manager has the employees below him handle issues and even though the order wrong they won't remake it. Why would you cut pizza into Kindergarten squares. Pizza taste better in triangular cut pieces thats as bad as having a square pizza. Pizza was round for a reason. Quit being a square and get rollin. Looks like this restaurant has alot of complaints from customers. This place needs new leadership in order to survive. Your competitors in Hillsboro right down the road dont have a problem remaking a pizza when thy mess up. When making a order completely read the whole order so you get it right and fire the store manager there that will be one less problem there Pizza Hut is our pizza place now

Took 2 hours to get the pizza delivered, start paying drivers better because why would anyone want to tip someone for something you were told it would be 30-40 mins and it’s 120 mins? Make it make sense. Order Pizza Hut IMOs or even go to Casey’s. Mind boggling.

Drivers smoke in the vehicles when delivering and your food smells the same when it arrives. If you go in to pick up your food then the workers are very rude! Looks like Imos just gets better!!
