Took over ten minutes to kind of take my order. One person working the back, one on window and the manager standing around by the counter talking to people. Finally the girl from the window comes to take my order. Me: I will have five beef tocos soft shell Employee: do you want anything else Me: a large drink Employee: you can put your card in Me: (after putting card in to pay) this had to be more that $3.24 Employee: oh did you want something more Me: my five tacos Employee: oh I didn’t hear you Me: then why would you have ask if I wanted something to drink. I ask her to cancel the order and ring it up as one but she refused and said I would have to buy the drink and then buy the tacos. If your customers are not important enough to wait on them or listen to your order you don’t need my money.

Mason was the drive through worker who took care of me today. He was very kind, patient, and just gave me a wonderful experience today at this Hardee restaurant. He really seems to not only like his job but is thriving in this position and I cannot wait to comeback and see him in a higher position.

This Hardee's has really went downhill every time I've gone my food has been cold all my biscuit has been hard as a brick which you can't chew and I spend all this money and can come home and can't eat the food that I paid for it's ridiculous and it's getting worse
