Do not come here. Used to be our go to for a dinner but not anymore the whole restaurant is GROSS. My 4 year old even commented on how dirty the place is. Jessie was a horrible waitress completely ignored us never refiled the coffee or even came back after food was delivered. Food was cold, bland, and we had to stand at the counter waiting for a ticket so we could pay and she just stood there and ignored us for 7 minutes. Sad this place went downhill and even raised prices. Go to Junction if you want a go to place for good meals and friendly service!!

This is about the 3rd experience here that was bad for us. We dined in last night, were asked for our drink order right away. We ordered coffee. It took about 20 mins to get our coffee! When our waitress finally brought our coffee, it was warm (not hot)...it was obvious that it was poured and sat in back until it was finally brought out. I ordered the MVP Taco, which was not made right. I was brought a dry waffle with chicken on top, a slight drizzle of the maple butter syrup but no extra syrup like the picture showed. I got biscuits and gravy on the side, the gravy was cold. Yes, I could have asked for some syrup and for the food and coffee to be heated but honestly I was afraid of how long that would take!
I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was not our first experience like this. I really hope improvements are made to service and quality of food. I do like the Huddle House but it will be a while before we go back.

I ordered online food to go. It caused fourteen dollars for one meal. I got to the window 5 min early and was not acknowledged. After 20 minutes I tried to get their attention and was told I'll just have to wait. I was wanting to cancel my order and get refunded since it is pre paid. Then the lady finally comes over with my food and tells me the window is not her priority. She makes her money from the people inside and that window is just a nuisance to her. The food is great there, but I don't know how much it's worth. Expensive and time consuming and rude attitude. Is it worth it?

Luke was our server. He was fantastic! Friendly and funny. He gave us the best service. The food was good and served in a timely manner. I love how all the servers work together. Random servers always wanting to fill my coffee cup ... awesome!
Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is level, so it's easy for a wheelchair or scooter to navigate around, inside and out. No stairs. Handicap parking right in front of the doors.
