Not the friendliest bunch. Pizza seems overpriced. $75.00 for four persons.

The woman Tammy who owns this place is horrible to people, horrible attitude. She needs a reality check.

Having supported this establishment for over two decades we know to expect poor quality. 90% of our orders have at least one item with hair in the food. Sometimes, the pizza crust is so tough that it can't be cut with a knife and fork and the pasta sauces and breads are so bad they go to the dogs. And this location doesn't stock all of the same options that other branches offer. But there are few food choices near De Soto, Missouri so we are semi-regular customers, usually buying here at least twice a month, sometimes a few times a week.We live an approximate thirty minute drive from this store and they won't deliver so we always drive to their location for car-side delivery. The usual wait time is less than ten minutes after we arrive and call to notify our arrival and most of the gentlemen who bring our food out are very friendly, kind enough to offset expectations, and will ask where to put everything. But sometimes, even though we order car-side delivery every time, they won't bring the food out and tell us we have to come in and get it ourselves. That happened again tonight, despite having placed the order online as a car-side delivery. The online tracker said the food was ready at 7:pm so I called and after a few minutes of waiting, was able to speak to a girl and give her my name and vehicle information. She said the food was not ready and would be just a few minutes and that she would bring it out when it was.Wanting to be a polite and patient customer, I waited another forty minutes before calling again. I told her the online tracker had actually changed to saying the order had been picked up as we ended our first call. She had me give her all of the same information again, this time including the order number. Again, I was put on hold as it seemed the order was difficult to locate. She said it was ready but that I had to go in to get it.Being physically disabled, it is painful and challenging to get in and out of a vehicle, to walk, open doors, and especially to carry things. This is why I had placed a car-side delivery order and confirmed the information of what vehicle it needed to be brought to after arriving during both phone conversations. Once inside, it took a couple minutes for them to finish putting it together. I asked what I had done wrong and reminded them I had called twice from their parking lot in the last forty five minutes and they had no answer. The order had been placed just shy of two hours prior to receipt with the last forty five minutes spent waiting on site after the tracking said it was ready. Unfortunately, this was not the first time they have made a handicapped person who ordered a car-side delivery go inside to pickup their own order. But it was the first time they lied, claiming the food was going to be brought out in a few minutes and were evidently not ever going to bring it out.Perhaps, since the order was for only just under $100, we weren't worthy of their honesty. Maybe they are only kinder to people who have been their customers for much more than two decades. And it is possible they only regularly put their hair in our food and no one else's. They might have biases against their disabled customers. These are questions I've pondered for many years that I still don't understand, but I hope they will consider being consistent and ethical. I never have and never will treat anyone I work with like they treat us because I do not want to be a bad person. I could not bare knowing I caused another human being unnecessary physical pain, but that is what you get at this Imo's.
