The waffles are great , went through drive through and the guy at the window was working hard , but not the first time he didn't give me my sauces I requested but what really hurt my feelings was the size of the drum stick ,,,, I mean this chicken must have Ben young,, I wish I would have looked through my order because pickles. On both my sandwiches that I requested not to have any ,, I hope they get this place back in to shape it's Ben a year that I have Ben local and things ha e gone down hill , I'm hopefull it will get better

I would like to know how lazy these employees have to be to walk outside and take down a sign that has been up numerous times I have been there. The dude that was taking my order when I asked for the Nashville Hit tenders informs me they don't have that anymore but gets very defensive when told that you have a sign up if you don't have it take it down. Then proceeds to tell me we don't have time yet they walk in everyday before their shift. I will never be going there again the food is not good anymore and the service is just complete trash.

The atmosphere was very welcoming at this location. Thomas was very nice and patient with us while we took a long time to decide on what to get. I was very impressed with his personality. He was very friendly and even asked if everything was okay with our food. The did came out very quickly and was fresh. Great job, everyone that works here!

March 4th 2025 Update: Food quality and price has gone down hill. The chicken pot pie used to be full of chicken and leave you feeling satisfied but now there isn't hardly a scrap of chicken in them now. They are now full of tiny strings of chicken and no pieces of chicken. Full of chicken gravy, very few potatoes, very few carrots, and no chicken except microscopic pieces that wouldn't fill up a mouse. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company now and will not be going back. They are cutting too many corners and it's clearly being reflected in the quality of the food they serve.

This is my first review, I'm angry enough to write one. We've had food forgotten on several occasions, but today when I went back to get it, it took a half an hour to get the food I was already supposed to have. Which tells me that they didn't bother making half of my meal the first time around. I understand keeping the line moving, but putting someone who should be your priority on the back burner for almost an hour is completely ridiculous. There was no offer of recompense, no making it up. Just a half assed sorry.

This place has gotten worse and worse over the years. Everytime you go to this kfc there’s never any chicken ready or they are just out. If you have to wait for your food don’t expect it to be right because it never is. The customer service from the 15-17 year olds hired there is absolutely ridiculous. They had messed an order up again tonight and when my husband went to complain that he waited for 15 mins for extra crispy legs just to get thighs they were all laughing in the background. What a joke.

So I go inside to make a order and the manager is sitting at a table feeding her face and there is no one at the counter I stood there for about 10 minutes and finally I ask if someone could help me and the manager got up and went to the back and about 3 minutes after I finally got to order. All the workers were Just standing around talking.
