The atmosphere was very welcoming at this location. Thomas was very nice and patient with us while we took a long time to decide on what to get. I was very impressed with his personality. He was very friendly and even asked if everything was okay with our food. The did came out very quickly and was fresh. Great job, everyone that works here!
Our food has always been pretty decent here BUT every single time we've ordered family meals over the last year, they short us chicken. We ordered a 16 piece, we received a 13 piece. When we ordered a 12 piece, we received a 9 piece. It never fails there has never been the exact number of chicken we paid for in the bucket. Over 10 times at this point.
