Crap service, make you wait around building then hand your food to wrong car then try and bring it to you like its no big deal it was with someone else for 5 min. They say they'll remake your food but then hand you the same bags of food. Will not be returning here.

Each time I order and get disappointed, I swear it is the last time. Today I ordered on the app for pickup thru the drive thru. One filet of fish, NO tarter sauce, pickles and lettuce(which I was charged for). I was immediately identified correctly, waived thru the pay window, with a Very nice smile and a wave. Pickup window said to go and wait at front of the building. After 6 long minutes of waiting a nice attendant came to give me my order I checked the receipt. All my requests were noted correctly. When I opened the sandwich it was a tiny filet with cheese and Tarter sauce. Very disappointed.

Placed my order on the McDonald’s app. Then went through drive-through to pick it up. Was missing the fries went in to get them repeated what was wrong five times. They finally went to make my basket of fries, hot and fresh, but then the bag was taken to the back. Why did she take my bag of fries to the back? Just couldn’t eat them when I got home. Very disappointed in people. 😥

I was trying to make an order outside and I was told to wait. I waited for a little bit then saw somebody else pull up next to me and they had their order taken immediately. I waited a couple minutes more, then noticed another car had pulled up and got their order taken again. After waiting I got frustrated and decided to pull up to the window and confront them about their service and the person completely gave no acknowledgment to my complaint at all and proceeded to be snobby. Bad customer service

You can order whatever you want, but you'll get whatever they want to give you. And it's likely NOT what you ordered. We ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and 2 sausage mcmuffins (no egg) and got 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and 2 ham egg mcmuffins. This isn't the first time, but it'll sure be the last. The Hardee's across the street is AWESOME!

Any time I'm out here for work I stop by this McDonald's. Every time the food has been fast hot and fresh. The crew has been so friendly. Definitely can tell the difference between a city McDonald's and a country McDonald's. Great job.

Their hours say they open up at 5am in the lobby and it was 6:10 and they won't take anyone's order in the drive thru and they have the lobby closed while starring and laughing at customers trying to get food as we could see them through the lobby windows

Absolute worst McDonald’s we’ve been to everytime we come we get pulled forward for 20 mins or m! We went today they lost our $45 order an we have been sitting waiting for 30 minutes for our food. This is absolutely ridiculous.
