At thirty minutes in line, I still hadn’t placed an order. At 45 minutes, I had place my order and was two cars ahead of the order box. Unacceptable by every standard.

It doesn't seem to matter what time a day, or the day of the week I always end up with a 10+ minute wait. When I do get my food half is clearly stale and the other is cooked fresh. Make any of this make sense when I paid for a quality FAST food meal.

Been a while. Was excited to try the quarter pounder deluxe because of the fresh toppings.
After waiting 30 minutes ( thats ok I really wanted to try ) and the order being brought out to me wrong, taken back in and brought back out still wrong! No tomatoes, no onions, basically just a regular quarter pounder I paid a premium price for. Are you kidding me, try harder.
I refuse to spend my time or gas to bring back an incorrect order across town. Unless you wanna foot that cost? Didn't think so

Horrible service. I ordered from a kiosk, when I was done, I went to the counter to get my drink cup. No one was there. Three employees looked at me but didn't ask if I needed anything. Then, the manager saw me, even walked by me twice and ignored me. I even said excuse me twice, loudly and still got ignored. Second shift at De Soto McDonalds is ridiculously unprofessional. The manager needs to go back to training to learn how to acknowledge the customers. What joke. The food is not good enough to deal with this lack of decency.

Kept me waiting there for 20 minutes for one small sandwich had to leave as I had to be at work so I paid for a sandwich I never received what a joke only one other person in drive-thru

Absolutely trash. Went to get food and they were having a Christmas party ( which was NOT clearly stated) and the doors were ALL LEFT OPEN so obviously we thought they were open . We sit down and wait 20 mines for our food. We were not being distrusted or loud in anyway shape or form. We were quietly sitting there waiting for our food on our phones when a grown woman very rudely told us (two teens) that they were having a Christmas party and we needed to leave. So we get up to go get our food (that we were still waiting for) and the women who gave us our food through it down and said “is the lobby not closed” as she walked away. This is absolutely not acceptable. If you want to have no customers in the lobby, maybe lock the doors or let people know as you watch them order food. And maybe grown adults should be a little better behaved. Grow and do better. This is just pathetic behavior. And both our of orders were messed up.

I have never came here once and it been fast. I came tonight and I'm assuming they want their drive thru times down so they parked liked 8 cars all waiting on food...nightmare

This morning my 14 year old came through the Drive thru I ordered a large caramel iced coffee , hot chocolate, cinnamon roll and 2 hash browns, I get to the window pay where 2 gurls are chatting not paying attention for real didn't repeat my order like normally do to make sure your payin for the correct stuff, ok whatever go to the next window where there's only one girl by herself with all these drinks looking like she's not sure what's going on again doesn't repeat the order to make sure they're going to give me the right stuff just hands me a bag and the iced coffee, ok where's the hot chocolate? Oh it's not done of course 🙄 the hash browns aren't there ope ya know why cause they didn't get rung up 🙄ok , so I'm asked to pull to the 3rd window to wait for my son's hot chocolate go to take a drink of my iced coffee and of course mouth full of coffee grounds, I'm legit stuck at this third window I have to somehow get my door open so I can spit this mouth of coffee out full of coffee grounds where there shouldn't be any in it at all on to the ground I'm gagging and trying to get it out of my mouth no napkins in the bag 😞.... Finally after sitting there for 6 minutes waiting for a hot chocolate here comes this little girl with the hot chocolate and I tell her about my iced coffee she takes it back I'm waiting again now six more minutes for them to make me a new iced coffee they bring it back I go to take a drink and yet again coffee grounds I was so fed up I just drove off and didn't say anything because not only did y'all mess it up once you messed it up a second time I was not about to give you a third time to get it corrected..... I understand it's a weekend and it was early in the morning before 9:00 a.m. but that is no excuse for the type of behavior that I saw today and stuff not being correct this isn't the first time this location has disappointed me and my family I dissatisfied 😞 its not that hard to make this order happen I'm very disgusted by the lack of appropriate leadership and quality control at this location it's completely staff error and nobody seems to give a dang 🙄
