We went through the drive through today around 2:15pm. We got our order and looked, seeing it was not ours. We went back through the drive through, the sweetest lady with beautiful hair apologized and gave us a free fry! Thank you McDonald's! ❤️❤️

This place was great when they switched locations now they are understaffed. The app don’t work right and the employees are rude and disgruntled. I will be shopping elsewhere. Maybe in a few months I’ll come back and see if the place is under better management.

I have been one who has complained about service in the past. I was there at about 3pm today. All 3 employees were delightful! Order was correct. I had to wait a couple minutes & they took extra care on my order. Excellent experience, so good to see!! Thanks!

16 minutes for coffee with literally noone else in line? The service is the absolute worst here. There is no such thing as fast. They can be completely dead, no other customers and they will still make you park and wait 20 minutes for fast food in a fast food line. Today I ordered a large coffee, less than 1 minute to order and pay for my drunk but I then sat for 16 minutes at the window waiting for a drink!? An entire building offl workers and 16 minutes in an empty line? Plus they pretty much mess up every order.

Consistently the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Have no idea why I keep going back besides it being the only one on my way home from work. No matter how busy or how slow or what amount of food I've ordered I've been parked every time and waited for unreasonable amounts of time for fast food. I worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years and understand things happen from time to time, but every freaking time!? Currently waiting on an order placed almost 20 minutes ago

Two orders in a row of shorted 4 or more sandwiches. Three out of the last 5 short on orders doordash orders. I don't have a vehicle. They refuse to refund what I was shorted. they were rude and ignorant on the phone. Never again.

Never seen somewhere with 18 people behind the counter move so slow and inefficiently. Also I’m pretty sure something is up w the buns bc they are always tough and hard to chew, especially the bottom bun. Fix that.
