I love the food and the online deals for discounts, but four times now they have messed my order, and my girlfriends order up when I go to pick it up. The manager twice, which she shook her head like its the customers fault, and the two young guys messed it up twice but smile and laugh about it like its funny. Need new management and workers.

Today, Sept 7 th, 2025, I had my first real problem with an employee named Braydon. Young B seems to have a hearing problem which he doesn’t announce. He gets worked up quickly and tells me I’m being ignorant and to get out. I’m dumbfounded but since I’m being accused of something I ask him if he wants me to be ignorant.
I’m ignorant. I’m ignorant. I’m ignorant. Get out. I ask to talk to a manager, B calls Tabby and tells her I’m being ignorant and won’t leave. I never get to talk to her. She tells B to call the police.
I need the owners of this shop to review whatever security they may have (check 4:45 pm) and review this.
In the years I’ve eaten there I’ve never had a problem like that.
I will be calling corporate to pursue this further.

Tried to get a sub listed on the regular menu, but they only have a few ingredients. Something about workers being too young to actually use the meat/cheese slicer. Ummm.....maybe a manager could pre-slice some things for them. The workers did the best they could.

Young kids running this store. The young man training an employee at this store had gloves on but fixed his hat four or five times a on a head that looked like hadn't seen a shower in days! The Cucumbers were frozen and nasty. The rest of the vegetables were a mess! The guy taking the money at the register was very nice and professional. If you wear gloves at least try not touching your nasty hat and face! It makes the gloves useless!! Please train better!

This is the 5th time they have refused my order i order way before close almost a hr yet they refuse to make my order time and time again this is just plain ass lazy

Every time I order here using DoorDash they end up telling the driver they can not make my order because they’re out of meatballs. Then they can’t cancel the order so I have to fight with DoorDash support to get a refund. If it happened once…okay things happen…. But it’s happened three times now. You lost me as a customer.

Ive picked up orders here 4-5 times, ordered in and took it home once . Everything has been great 99% of the time .
One time i had to pick the purple onions i didn't order off my sandwich , i survived lol . Occasional oopsies are ok .
