So this was our first time at The Tater Shack and let me tell yall what ! I give this place a 5 Star review. I'm kinda picky and kinda hard to please but we ordered the cheese burger which threw us for a loop because it tasted just like a thick Gordon's Stoplight burger. We also had the pulled pork waffle fries. Hands down the best pulled pork and beer cheese I've had in a very long time. To say I that i am impressed, is an understatement. This is a must try.
The food here is very good! We had the Mac and Cheese plate on hash browns, and the Philly cheesesteak on waffle fries. Both dishes tasted great! The meat was good, veggies cooked right, the cheese on both was good too. A very unique place in DeSoto! It was a bit stuffy in the building because it was hot out and I don’t know if the AC was running yet in the building. We were comfortable though. We will come back!
