Oh my goodness…. We found a little diamond in the rough. This little restaurant was 10/10! Delicious food, friendly conversation, and a bakery that was ridiculously over the top. Everything was made homemade by the sweetest owner we had the pleasure of meeting✨. And yes, I took home a peach, a coconut pie, a giant cinnamon roll, and snickerdoodle cookies!
I just learned about Black Oak Bakery this weekend when they donated some of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had to support North Platte Youth Football’s hosted games. 🏈
Not only were they generous in giving back to the community, but wow… their food is incredible! The cinnamon rolls were melt-in-your-mouth amazing — hands down some of the best around!

I just found out about the bakery today! B&G were delicious 😋, coffee was good too. I took some B&G to my daughter and she liked them too. I also brought home a small apple pie, haven't eaten it yet, but it sure looks good!
