Oh my goodness…. We found a little diamond in the rough. This little restaurant was 10/10! Delicious food, friendly conversation, and a bakery that was ridiculously over the top. Everything was made homemade by the sweetest owner we had the pleasure of meeting✨. And yes, I took home a peach, a coconut pie, a giant cinnamon roll, and snickerdoodle cookies!

I just learned about Black Oak Bakery this weekend when they donated some of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had to support North Platte Youth Football’s hosted games. 🏈
Not only were they generous in giving back to the community, but wow… their food is incredible! The cinnamon rolls were melt-in-your-mouth amazing — hands down some of the best around!

Unbelievable little bakery/cafe in the middle of nowhere outside of Dearborn, MO. Wonderful cozy place with fantastic service and good that was absolutely good ol' comfort food! Best biscuits and gravy I've had anywhere. Pastries are out of this world and the local clientele was just as friendly as the staff. Prices were downright reasonable as well. I didn't think any place like this existed anymore!

Her baked goods are well worth the drive regardless where from! I'm kind of a pastry snob and her work is by far my favorite I've had. Me and my coworker would buy 30 dollars worth of pastries no exaggeration every morning we stopped in. The Bs and Gs inspired me to refine my own recipe and try some new vegetables in mine very thankful!

AMAZING. You will not be disappointed with any of her food. No fancy coffee here but the breakfast is worth every bit of the trip! Fresh pastries and homeade cinnamon rolls. THE Biscuits and gravy though....!!!! B & G alone will have you coming back 428372983927 times! Penny the owner is a doll. The place is always spotless and the parking lot will be full of all the local farmers pick-up trucks!
