If I could give you zero stars I would. Your employees who were working 07/14/24 around 4:30 to 5:30 pm were extremely rude and disrespectful. Definitely need an attitude check.

Worse service. Went there April 26, 2024. Beside making me feel unwelcomed even though I spend 50$ on pretzels, they didn't even provide straws for the drinks and napkins. When asked where to find they they rudely replied that they don't have any. Also waited 40 min for the food to be ready. Never going to that location again

I stop there every time I go to the mall, their small pretzels are great!! I love them and totally recommend!However…I don’t love this new trend of expecting a tip when there is no service whatsoever. You pay with a card and the machine gives you the tip option, but they are just handing you a cup of pretzels….i don’t get that.

Was told immediately they weren't selling any food for half an hour which was fine. Ordered two drinks, a lemonade and a frozen lemonade for my sister. Only received one drink and sat there waiting for over 20 mins for the second one. There was a lady waiting 30 mins for the one pretzel she ordered on her break. Two of the workers left suddenly and the other workers were ignoring the line of customers with their airpods in, not even making previous orders. Couldn't even get anyone's attention to get a refund so I just left. Kinda ridiculous fr.
Ordered on the app and had to wait about 15 minutes for a single, regular pretzel. I would have taken an order of nuggets instead of just standing around but no offer or apology was made. Food tasted great once we got it but just disappointed in the whole process

Went to pick up a doordash order. They didn't even know they had an order and then they kept asking what was ordered. They had no pretzels ready. All of a sudden they tell everyone that they are only serving drinks! Then the drink station ran out then they stopped all orders! They said 10 minutes til my order was ready and it actually took 35. Total time spent waiting for the order was exactly one hour! Wow! Never coming here again!
