For context purposes this review is for the upstairs location in the food court. The worker was EXTREMELY rude for no reason. I asked about getting a fresh pretzel with no salt and she slammed her hand on the counter and said “everything we make is fresh”. I didn’t see any no salted pretzels so I asked her if they were they done making them for the night and she said “yes” which is weird because it was around 5:45 and the mall doesn’t close until 8. During our conversation she had an attitude in equivalence to how she looked NASTY! I went downstairs to see if they had any left and they did, they even made me a fresh one, so I’m not sure what the issue was. I asked if they knew her name and I did not remember exactly what she looked like so I went back upstairs and she saw me and he hesitated for a minute, leaning on the counter, then proceeded to walk up to me. I asked her if I could speak to the other lady that was behind the counter and she just walked away, and the other lady came up. I then asked the other lady with her name was and she said “ Oh, we don’t give out names” which tells me all I need to know about the level of professionalism they have. I then proceeded to pull out my phone and take a photo of them so corporate knows. I later found out the lady who would not give me her name was the general manager.

Ordered an original pretzel nugget with cheese. The worker then said “the cheese is gross” i ordered it anyways. I then asked to do a partial card payment and they said they could and just to swipe the card. I did so and it charged the entire amount to the card. When we said that it went through for the total purchase, they said “we can only do a partial card payment if you only have a partial amount on your card” overall terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.

really don’t like to leave bad reviews but I unfortunately am disappointed with today. ordered hotdog pretzel bites & one regular pretzel. waited a long time for the bites and watched another get the same order before us, was still being patient due to me understanding they were making the hotdogs for the bites & Auntie Anne’s usually slaps so I thought the wait would be worth it. But after waiting so long then going to give my regular pretzel a try, I was met with a skinny hard barely salted pretzel. pretty disappointing considering we were in a time crunch and I had to toss my pretzel.

Man I came here with my siblings to get some pizza bites and they were out but the guy working said he could make them it was near closing time. Such a cool dude and the other guy working was also cool. They deserve a raise. Never got good customer service so I got a 6 out of 5 starts. Would come here again.

Come to auntie Anne's west county mall food court to pick out my pretzel and all workers are aware of the soda spill in front of there place but no workers were atenitive to clean it up even manager gave me attitude when telling them about the mess! No wet floor sign or nothing customers just walking around it. Cause ya I wanna buy a pretzel and get soda all over my shoes. But manager tells us to go find a mall janitor to clean up mess. Pathetic! Will never be coming here again

Shout out to the worker who went above and beyond to make me almond pretzel bites. They were absolutely delicious and fresh. It was also closing time and she still offered to make them. Good people still exist in this world. Let’s not forget, you can always reheat them in the air fryer
I can’t believe that Auntie Anne’s is charging for tap water ! Tap water should be free ! and if you need to charge for cups get cheap white ones so you don’t have to charge for tap water ! Just because of that i’m never going back again ! If you are selling food you need to be able to provide water for customers with no charge! And did i mention that tap water is $1.00 ! Shame !

The food was great but the service was awful when I was trying to pick up my online order they yelled at me saying it would be 2 more minutes even though the app told me it was done, then I went and walked around for a bit and came back 10 minutes later just to be met with screaming again about needing to be patient. I didnt think I was being rude as all I had said to them was my order. I honestly felt scared to even pick up my order as I’m not really a confrontational person.
