The food was great but the service was awful when I was trying to pick up my online order they yelled at me saying it would be 2 more minutes even though the app told me it was done, then I went and walked around for a bit and came back 10 minutes later just to be met with screaming again about needing to be patient. I didnt think I was being rude as all I had said to them was my order. I honestly felt scared to even pick up my order as I’m not really a confrontational person.

I went to the upper level one, in the food court. It was 2 hours before close and had asked for sweet almond pretzels. Despite there being 4 employees, with 2 of them prepping new pretzels, I was told they were not taking special requests anymore for the day.I didn't ask during a busy time (no line at all) and not sure how a regular menu item is a special request so I took my business to Great America Cookie instead.

I rarely ever leave a bad review and the fact I have to is absurd.To start I ordered from the Auntie Anne's located by the food court. I went to pick up my food and the employees indicated that I was lying and didn't order anything. I was charged $8.11 for the Cinnamon bites. After I showed my email confirmation and my receiptthey denied my service and told me no and said that my email wasn't proof and that there wasn't anything I could do but contact corporate. So I will be reaching out and I will not be going back. I'll make sure no one goes there.

So, we were there on 4/6/23. We all know these pretzels are the salvation at the end of a shopping trip. However....the folks making these delicious pieces of clouds could do better. This worker was in such a hurry to get to work she forgot her shoes. Then, got to work and thought she'd work her shift in the socks she rolled out of bed in. Maybe this is normal, but I've never seen it. Life is like an Auntie Anne's. You Never know which dogs you're gonna get ...and yes, I still ate those pretzel bites.
