Man I came here with my siblings to get some pizza bites and they were out but the guy working said he could make them it was near closing time. Such a cool dude and the other guy working was also cool. They deserve a raise. Never got good customer service so I got a 6 out of 5 starts. Would come here again.

Come to auntie Anne's west county mall food court to pick out my pretzel and all workers are aware of the soda spill in front of there place but no workers were atenitive to clean it up even manager gave me attitude when telling them about the mess! No wet floor sign or nothing customers just walking around it. Cause ya I wanna buy a pretzel and get soda all over my shoes. But manager tells us to go find a mall janitor to clean up mess. Pathetic! Will never be coming here again

Shout out to the worker who went above and beyond to make me almond pretzel bites. They were absolutely delicious and fresh. It was also closing time and she still offered to make them. Good people still exist in this world. Let’s not forget, you can always reheat them in the air fryer

The food was great but the service was awful when I was trying to pick up my online order they yelled at me saying it would be 2 more minutes even though the app told me it was done, then I went and walked around for a bit and came back 10 minutes later just to be met with screaming again about needing to be patient. I didnt think I was being rude as all I had said to them was my order. I honestly felt scared to even pick up my order as I’m not really a confrontational person.

I went to the upper level one, in the food court. It was 2 hours before close and had asked for sweet almond pretzels. Despite there being 4 employees, with 2 of them prepping new pretzels, I was told they were not taking special requests anymore for the day.I didn't ask during a busy time (no line at all) and not sure how a regular menu item is a special request so I took my business to Great America Cookie instead.

I rarely ever leave a bad review and the fact I have to is absurd.To start I ordered from the Auntie Anne's located by the food court. I went to pick up my food and the employees indicated that I was lying and didn't order anything. I was charged $8.11 for the Cinnamon bites. After I showed my email confirmation and my receiptthey denied my service and told me no and said that my email wasn't proof and that there wasn't anything I could do but contact corporate. So I will be reaching out and I will not be going back. I'll make sure no one goes there.
