Very friendly customer service. Clean cafe. However, the guy working Jan. 6 evening told me coffee was just brewed “ 3 min ago” , however the coffee tasted two hours old. Little did I know they were close to closing, which means there was no way that coffee was freshly brewed. Not cool! Threw it right out?

So, my wife and I just about ruined the weekend on our way to Nordstrom trying to decide on a place to eat. We arrived at the store still undecided and noticed the Cafe Bistro. We checked out the menu and wandered in. Great food! I had the crab macaroni & cheese - nice sized portion and some real crab chunks, not mush out of a can. It came with an arugula salad on the side. Equally delish. My wife had half of an warm Asian glazed chicken salad - I couldn't imagine the size of a full!! The quality of the food was top notch and the price was reasonable. I don't come to this store often, but I'll find an excuse to come next time!!
