I purchased a grilled chicken combo with bacon and pepper jack cheese. The cheese was placed on my sandwich like they forgot to add and just placed it on my luke warm chicken. I didn't have time to go back and have it remade.

I like this chick fil a in sun set hills, mo. I would like for this place to do what others chick fil a are doing. And they are putting up drive threw over head covers to protect the workers from the weather, or 100 degree heat. You have the money, please protect your workers...

The person at the window refused to give me a different drink when I realized the strawberry lemonade i ordered was just lemonade, she insisted that i just needed to stir it up. I did and it was still barely any strawberry puree, the mac and cheese was gummy like they gave me the last in a pan and reheated and my kids fries were cold, the standard of service there is definitely declining
Hair in my food…. Had them remake it & the remake had hair as well…… very unsanitary & I see a lot of cross contamination from business out this way… a lot of hair/phone/face touching & then the customers food/drink……..

Love this place, and I love the employees here. It's always fun and bubbly. Orders out the door quickly.
Kid-friendliness: They have a jungle play set inside that the little ones can crawl through.
Whoaaa!! The new sandwich is soooo good I bit it once and had to make a review. WOW this is divine!! And the banana pudding shake is amazing too! If you love banana pudding you will definitely love This!!!! Ok back to my food!
