Great place to visit, food was good, and service was excellent! Did not know what I wanted to get and they recommended a few things. Tried the new berry lemonade, the sun-joy. It was okay, refreshing but not my style. And you can never go wrong with the 8 ct bites with Polynesian sauce. Quick service as well.

It takes too long to get a mobile order as you have to wait behind other cars that are placing their order. It defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Also, establish consistency with the amount of fries. Sometimes the container of full as expected but other times it's missing about 25% of the fries.

Most pleasant chick fil a experience I've had in a while! Everyone I encountered were genuinely happy and friendly! Plus it has a playground still! I will definitely be back with my kiddos! So clean and food was fresh and hot!Kid-friendliness: Playground open!

I ordered a chicken mini sandwich platter for an office birthday party and the whole pickup process was seamless! The manager on duty (I wish I knew his name!) was very kind and ensured I had everything I ordered. The food was up to Chick-fil-A's standards and was such a hit. I'll happily return to this location in the future.
Went around 9 AM today for breakfast. Was greeted and had my order taken by a very friendly lady - didn't get her name though. Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and a regular chicken breakfast burrito with hashbrowns and a medium coca cola. Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was cleanly and tame.
I placed an order on the app for mobile order pick up and went through the drive-through on January 17, 2024, around 6 o'clock. It was prime dinner time, but I feel like customer service should always be a top priority, especially during busy times like dinner. I felt that the customer service I received here was below the expectations I normally have for this establishment. The chaotic way of going through the drive-through, with people standing outside to take orders and skipping cars, was not efficient. There were multiple people on one side who seemed to be just chatting instead of dealing with cars to make the line move quicker. The guy who took my order was extremely rude and didn't even greet me or ask how I was doing. He simply asked, "What do you want?" in a hostile voice that made it seem like he didn't want to be there. I am used to receiving better service, with employees asking how they can serve me and what I would like. It just felt very rushed. I was very disappointed with how the service was handled, especially considering the amount of money I paid for the food. I always expect the service to match the level that I'm paying for. Normally, I do not complain, but the last couple of times I've come to this location, the food has been cold and the service has not been good. This experience has solidified my decision to never come back to this location.
