Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve used this location before and will continue to do so. But understand they start cleaning probably around 9pm so order before that time.

I love their rice bowls!

By far, my favorite chipotle I have ever found! I’ve come here a few times a week for a couple months. It is the cleanest, best tasting best, and overall experience from a chipotle that I have had in a long time. They have revived my faith and love for chipotle thank you!!!

First time doing mobile drive through pick up, I was handed an empty cup that I had to park and fill up myself because they aren't allowed to fill up the drink... Some days this location will be mobile orders only

My favorite Mexican restaurant. Portions are quite satisfying. Tables could be cleaned more often.

Food is usually good but sometimes overcooked. Not a bad experience it’s just never great. Mobile orders are always way behind. Some staff is good others aren’t as friendly

This location always seems to do a great job. The flavors and food quality are better than normal. It also is typical clean, which is not always the case at Chipotle restaurants.

While the people handing out the food were rude and thought having a displeased customer was funny. Hailey who was working the cash register was the nicest worker at Chipotle I have ever encountered. She was understanding of our frustration and apologized for things that were not even her fault. Give Hailey a raise!

Packaging is important, especially on your delivery orders. Please ensure when preparing an order for delivery that you package the order in such a way YOU would want to receive your food. As I was being handed my order, my burrito fell out of the bag onto the floor. It was poorly wrapped so therefore the open side of the foil landed on the floor. The bag was completely soiled. The only good thing is.. when I called to report this, the customer service specialist was very helpful. Oh and my large chips and guac were not in the bag.

Prepare your customer’s order the way you would want yours prepared. I wasted my entire lunch on something so unnecessary and still didn’t get to eat anything. So thanks.

Of all the Chipotle locations near me, this one is the most consistent—though that’s relative, given how portion sizes have declined across the board. I eat Chipotle on a whim but can say this location stands out mostly because the food quality is MUCH better compared to the other closest location.

That said, your experience here really depends on who’s working and when. Some staff are friendly and efficient, while others can be noticeably disengaged, which affects both service and portions. During certain shifts—especially later in the day—portions tend to shrink to only half scoops for bowls, and requests for double scoops may be ignored or barely acknowledged after 8:30PM.

Despite these inconsistencies, I still choose this location when I want something quick, because the food is reliably better than its counterpart. Just manage expectations and hope you catch them during a good shift.

Also this location got a whole star up for food and service because of this one gentleman who is such a a sweet heart carrying that chipotle on his back! The next time I go to this location I will get his name because he deserves his kudos.

I was in the bathroom at the same time as an employee--- only knew this because I could easily see their apron spread across the floor of the stall...She proceeded to come out and put gloves on which was positive but then was touching the bathroom floor apron with the gloves that were about to be used to serve food. Everyone was friendly but man, that grosses me out.

Best Chipotle in St.Louis. Food is always great, the staff are nice, and the place is very clean compared to some of the other locations.
