The cookies are fantastic! I like the weekly rotation of flavors, and the strawberry cheesecake I got on my last visit was fantastic. I would give this place 5 stars without hesitation, except for the toxic tipping.
I hate the "just have some questions for you" part and the cashier flipping the screen over to me. The selections are 15-20-25%. Are you kidding me? 25% for putting some cookies in a box? It's all take out. What exactly am I paying 25% for?
I DON'T WANT TO TIP FOR COUNTER SERVICE.
Please stop guilting your customers into covering your payroll. This tip creep has to end!

Had to ask to have my order taken when there is 4 women standing behind the counter. Way too expensive for lack of customer service. I have to go back to my crazy job as well and thought a little treat would be nice for my team. Turns out this was just an uncomfortable and frustrating experience
