This Imos is horrible as far as the pizza. The service seemed genuine but the pizza is like eating cheese on a cracker. Asked for light sauce didn't get any.

This Imos has the worst service. The manager Andy has the worst attitude ever! I wonder if this is how he leads his employees. No wonder this location has such bad reviews because the leadership is horrible as well as the burnt food. This location needs a deep cleaning and new ovens. This is the 3rd time I've ordered pizza from this location and the pizza has been overcooked due to the nasty ovens.
I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to dine! Don't waste your time or money at this NASTY ESTABLISHMENT!

They delivered my pizza to someone else and when I called to speak to the manager, the manager was rude and hung up in my face! I did not get my order or a refund. Whoever the manager was on duty on 9-7-25 at 5:30pm needs to be fired immediately!

So sorry I live in Des PEREs Missouri and I would never go to IMO Des Peres, yeah, plays a very discourteous the entrance is unclean the food is so so I will never go there, and I will pass it my opinion down the road to another person. I wish there was another good pizza place in Des PEREs. I would love to pass the word to them.

Food was cooked well on the other hand the delivery guy was rude wen I placed my order I didn’t want to tip off my card I will tip in cash .Driver gets here with food ask me while handing me my food do I want to tip on my card I was already reaching in my pocket to give him the money he rudely says I won’t deliver your food any more ever time he delivers at my job he never gets a tip well it’s not me I believe in tipping but sense u was being a smart azz I will keep my 5$
This Imo's is for take out only. We called our order in and 30 minutes later when we stopped to pick it up the order had been received but missed. Which on a busy night I understand, but after an additional 30 minute wait a simple sorry for your wait would have been nice.

The worst pizza and service ever, ordered pizza waited nearly 2 hours matching what took so long turned around and drove off with the pizza when I called to complain asked for a refund manager hung up on me, found a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge against the worst service and pizza ever
