Food was very good but the wait time was remarkably long. I only ordered one small smoothie and two smoothie bowls, but it took over 10 minutes! Also the bowls are very overpriced. This is a good place to try once, but I am not coming here again.

My teenager’s phone took a fall- didn’t crack the screen but the screen went black. Unfortunately, she never backed anything up & 20,000 pictures were a huge deal to her, especially since some included her dad & also her grandmother. The store told me it could NOT be fixed. Upon advice from Micro Center, I took it to CPR in Crestwood. The guy took one look & said of course he can easily replace the screen & it was just like new in literally 10 minutes for $150! I had even explained to the Apple Store that I’m fine with getting a new phone but I just need to get this one’s screen replaced so we could retrieve the photos! Whether it was incompetence or laziness, there is no excuse for giving me false information while my daughter is broke down crying in the store. Unacceptable!

Waited for ten minutes wasn't acknowledged. Saw someone else go up and immediately got served with a smile. I went up and waited another ten minutes until someone came up to take my order. The employee didn't look me in the eye and quickly rushed off before I could even pay. Highly disappointed. Good smoothie though.

At 4:45 pm on a Wednesday, we waited for 20 minutes and didn’t see a sole. I noticed 3 feet of online orders hanging from their machine. Then I got worried the employee may have had a medical episode, so I peeked head in the kitchen door and didn't see a sole. I asked a nearby store to see if security would come and check on the employee. Turns out he was just baked out of his mind, somewhere in the back. 30 minutes of waiting to place an order and another 15 minutes for him to make 2 strawberry bowls. But he did find time to take 3 phone calls on his cellphone though.

We ordered two gotcha matchas and were expecting our drinks with the coconut foam since that was included in the menu description, however after we had paid and gotten our drinks we were told that they were out of the coconut foam so we essentially paid $14 for two matchas with water. It’s also filled with ice to the top so we barely get any water matcha at all.

If you are looking to get over stimulating by BO, stinking perfumes, pushy rude broke as a joke Karen and Kyle everywhere, useless trash, people speeding through the parking garage, over priced trash look no further spendy Wendy because this place is where credit card debit lives. Very delicious smoothies. Friendly workers. Great service. My boyfriend and I always get a smoothie at Jamba when we visit west county mall. I absolutely recommend this place.

It’s nice place to grab some energy. I liked the taste of Caribbean Passion in whic mango strawberry and other fruits are mixed. Really good service. It was quick.

Got a gotcha matcha and it tasted very watered down and iced tea was used not green tea. Tasted horrible. Lady was rude not welcoming as well.~june 14 2:00pm
