Stopped in for a quick sandwich and to have a great experience like the Jersey Mikes locations, but not this one.
Apparently, listening skills is not the greatest quality at this current shop and to include sitting on top of appliances in the back of the store while customers can see, what a great representation of Jersey Mike’s and popular food establishment.
The only positive note that came out of here was the manager was kind enough to refund my purchase.

We have been coming to the Jersey Mike's since moving to the area about 4 years ago with no complaints. I greatly appreciate the ability to get a gluten-free sandwich! However, the past few times we have found that it just seems a little bit dirty and run down.

The food usually tastes great, but this location has smelled strongly of sewer the last 2 times I’ve been in there. Easily a month apart, enough time to fix a grease trap as they most recently blamed it on. Can’t do it.

I stopped in today and picked up a couple Italian sandwiches for my wife and myself. What a pleasant experience! The food's incredible, the people are incredible, and they're nice and close to my home. We most certainly will be repeat customers. Thank you!

Ordering here from Uber Eats/Door Dash etc is NOT worth your money. They consistently miss order notes, use the wrong bread, put ingredients that weren’t on the order, etc. Bread is always soggy and disgusting because they insist on drenching to go orders in their oil & vinegar. The lettuce on this particular order looks disgusting.

Have yet to have my order correct. This most recent order was not only incorrect, but I’m pretty sure the gluten free bread was old. It crumbled the second I tried to eat it. Not a good experience.

The best subs!! It puts the other sub shops to shame. My favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak, especially the Big Kuhuna. You can’t go wrong with any sandwich there. AND they have gluten free sub buns!!
