I was looking for something fresh and healthy and this place totally hit the spot! The food was delicious! All the veggies were super fresh and they had a variety of sauces with amazing flavors! That said, the Miso soup could have used more flavor. I didn't care for the Tractor brqnd soda selection either. The lemonade was delicious though! First of all, I don’t like poke, but my wife does. Compared to other poke restaurants, Koibito is great for non-poke lovers. I got their chicken bowl and it was excellent. I got Asian chicken with white rice, teriyaki sauce, edamame, green onions, avocado, and crispy garlic and it was delicious. My wife got the triple tuna bowl and really liked it.

There’s a small patio and that’s where we sat, but the inside of the restaurant is nice and clean as well.

Love it here. I would go to this place 3 times a week if I didn't have any self respect or decency.
My only critique is to make sure you keep an eye when they start putting sauce on it. They will DOUSE your bowl on sauce if you don't stop em early.
