This is my second time here, and this is my favorite location. I am very EXCITED to find out they have a veggie chilli. I don't why I waited so long to come over this way.

Haven’t been to a McAlisters since leaving Memphis, so nice to find one here. The choose 2 was a filling meal with the 1/2 Italian and cup of tortilla soup. Strongly recommended a 1/2 lemonade/sweet tea to go with it.

Just had an issue where part of my large pickup order was missing and possibly mistakenly picked up by someone else. When I realized it was missing I went back in and they immediately fixed the situation and were extremely kind.

Four of us from our company ordered lunch. One of the girls went and picked it up. There was no sour cream or butter in anyone's order for their baked potato. One of the girls didn't get her pickle with her sandwich. The other girl didn't have any dressing on her wrap. And the one that ordered the croissant, couldn't even eat it, because it so hard. As we were in a big meeting, we could not leave to go back and get it. You really need to start hiring workers that are competent enough to make sure everything is for the order. This place is too expensive is to be serving mediocre food......... And you can't even call to let them know what they did wrong because their phone has a busy signal.

Arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 on a Wednesday morning. Our wives sat down while my brother and I went to the counter to order. Without apology, she tells us it will be 30 minutes to fill our order because they’re backed on catering orders. Seriously? Not even an offer of a drink or discounted meal? Nothing. You can probably guess if we’ll ever be back.

Danielle always sends nice handwritten notes with the order and Alex went above and beyond for me today when I had to place a last minute catering order. I'm so appreciative of the excellent customer service we always receive from the team!

Back after several years hiatus from McAlisters, definitely will wait many more years before returning. I got the southwest salad...it was fine (crappy lettuce, light goodies on top). Service was terrible, I was second and the only other person in line. When the first coatoner finished, the staff member turned to start bagging to gos. I get it, that comes first, but acknowledge me, say hello, something. Don't blatantly ignore me. All I wanted and needed was a refill of tea (obvious from me removing the top off my empty tea cup). I had to ask him for a refill after he continued to work expo... Infuriating.
The McAllister club was a good size and tasty. Unfortunately the 4 cheese melt wasn't. The sandwich arrived cold and the cheese was barely melted. I asked for it to be retoasted and when it came back, the cheese was melted but the bread wasn't toasted. It might have been microwaved? We'll visit again, I'll just try something else!

Blonde food runner with claw clip today literally slammed my caesar salad down in front of me for no reason at all. i was just waiting for my food. i don’t know if it’s my fault that she didn’t see the number set up for her but literally just do your job and be kind girl.. it’s not that hard ?♀️ will not be returning to des peres location

Place is great for a nice lunch. The dining area was very spacious and super clean. Servers were polite and they were organized well so that orders got out fairly quick. I got the Kids salad meal with macaroni and cheese being my side.The salad tasted fresh and I love the dark pieces of lettuce and not all the lighter flavorless pieces. The noodles in the macaroni were a bit too soft but the flavor was ok
