There are two lanes at this drive-thru. In the lane we were in, no one said anything on the intercom. We said “Hello?” and heard faintly, “I’m not dealing with this shit…” However, we could see that cars in the other lane were having their order taken. We pulled up to the window to see if we could have our order taken. We were met with rudeness and disrespect.
We informed him that no one said anything on the intercom. He immediately became defensive saying, “I’m not about to play games with you.” “You can talk to my manager.” Everyone has bad days but he refused to take our order for whatever reason…

Just had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with the fast food restaurant I was given a strawberry milkshake, which had blue residue all over it. I then asked the worker what was it and he said I don’t know. I’ve never ordered from here before to which I replied, yeah I understand that I’m just asking because it looks a little bit odd and he said I really don’t know and I really don’t care so I’m now drinking my strawberry shake and it taste like blue raspberry syrup and I’m Allergic to blue food coloring definitely will never be going back here ever again steer clear

Drive thru is insanely slow -- TWENTY ONE MINUTES. Ordered at 1:17pm (timestamp on receipt) which is not peak lunch. They made us pull around the building instead of waiting in the line. The food finally came out at 1:38... That's TWENTY ONE MINUTES to simply get a Happy Meal, 4 Chicken Tenders and a Chicken Sandwich. Never again
Consistently one of the worst McDonalds I visit. 15-30 minutes for food during lunch time is a regular occurrence. Rude workers. Avoid at all costs

I waited and the general had order she was handing out which eas rang wrong while i was still standing there. She rang his order to correct and again just ignored me. Sat at one of the two drive through lines for 16 mins. 7 cars ordered on the left side before I was even greeted. I had a mobile order that should have taken 10 mins max. I started to back out to go the other side and they finally answered me on the speaker yelling “helllloooo?” I then pulled forward and waited another 7 mins before they answered again. Once I gave my order number I had to wait 14 more mins for my food to finish… this is a reoccurring issue and needs to be addressed by the manager! Also my mcchicken was cold, and the lettuce is definitely bad. Will be calling fda for food poisoning.
