By far the worst Panda experience in America. Employees stopped making food 2 hrs before closing on a weekend at dinner time with a long line of customers. Very poorly managed.

Can't get service for my family. When I asked after ten minutes to speak to the manager. They are now demanding me to explain why I want to speak to a manager. I simply wanted to order food for my family. The manager seems to be still in the bathroom after fifteen minutes. Apparently when you want to speak to a manager, they make excuses and very ride. I'll go to another place to get food. Any place, but this one. Still waiting on the manager to come out of the bathroom. Unwilling to even acknowledge a customer or anything at all. This is wild. Corporate wont be happy. They are staring but wont speak with me at all. Not sure what they hav4
I waited almost an hour for my online order, while the staff were filling orders for people who came well after me. They were also very unprofessional throughout the whole experience. Isn't online ordering so you don't have to wait? Also was not offered anything to make up for there complete lack of customer service. Never coming here again. This was the most unprofessional I have ever seen restaurant staff be. None of the workers here should have jobs.

Very rude staff. I had a gift card and the workers are supposed to take it from you to type in the number. So I wanted to make sure, so I asked if I should give the gift card to the him because that’s what the cashiers have been doing ever since I’ve been going here. And he doesn’t say anything, he just tells me “scan it!” in a rude tone. So I did and he says it didn’t work so I tried again and he literally ripped it out of my hand and did it himself just for it not to work because he didn’t want to type out the numbers. (Also there’s $20 on my gift card. I knew there was money in it.) God forbid, you’re still getting money take time out of your day to just type in 10 numbers. So he hands it back to me and says nothing and just rereads me the price and hands me my food saying nothing. Not even have a nice day or thank you. Doesn’t seem rude but his tone sure was, he didn’t even look at me. But he was acting all friendly with the grown people.

I don’t have any complaints about this place. The staff were friendly and seemed alright to me. They helped me and got me my food quickly. It is Panda Express so if you don’t like that it might not be great but it is in a food court so you got plenty of options. The portion was great, I got the one main dish and one side bowl. It was under ten bucks (I didn’t get a drink though). It was hot and tasted great. No complaints about this place!!

The guy at the cashier did not put the plate in the plastic bag properly that the food were almost fall out when we sat the food court. He does seem like he’s not enjoying his work. Please have someone else. The lady who packing the food was nice.

My food was very old and inedible with all three entrees and the noodles you can tell were scrapped up as the last in the bowl. I called to express my concerns and disappointment and was told to call the customer service number on google for a refund. No apology or anything! This is terrible for those who get their food delivered and have no other options for food. Please do better or just close the location because it’s not fair to your customers. Y’all wouldn’t want to eat food that looked or taste like this.

I ordered delivery. The noodles where not done or seasoned like usual. DoorDash also gave me another person's food, not at all what I ordered. Unfortunately it took so long to get to my house that it was nearly cold as I tried to eat it. The driver didn't even confirm it was correct. Very very disappointed.

The guy didn't even start making my food he just blankly asked what do you want? They were out of most entrees and when I asked if he was going to make more at 3pm he said no. So I walk away. Zero out of ten recommend.
