Good food, overpriced. STL Bread Co is better than Paneras in other states. Parking lot has limited parking.

It takes a lot for me to take the time to review a restaurant.
1sr:
- The cashier picked up pastry and placed it on my 5-year old son’s plate with the SAME gloved hands he handled my cash - both paper cash and coins.
2nd:
- female staff members preparing the food had long unsecured hair just hangin’ over the food; one male staff member with thick beard, none were wearing any hair nets.
I could get over this (I guess?) but not the same hands handling cash and food.
3rd - and final!
- I politely expressed my concern to assistant manager and instead of owning the issues and offering apology, she looked straight in me in the eye and said: “If you are uncomfortable, we do not need to serve you.”

This is inexcusable. I will never go back there.

If you want coffee, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. If you know the drill at Panera then you know it’s average for food. If you’re looking for delicious coffee, Specialty or a simple cup, this is definitely not the place.

Fine example of the brand. Plenty of space with all the other business people.

The prices are not worth the servings or the quality. Had a Bowel of broccoli soup, the bowl was filled only half way! What the hell is that? I had a Hibiscus Pomegranate cold drink that was bland! Hardly any flavor to it. Looks like this place must be hurting if they have to raise prices and reduce the servings and mixtures. I’d give it a one but at least they have a very helpful cleaning young lady. Thank you miss again for your help. When you’re retired at these times, these details become very apparent. Edit- been waiting 20 minutes for a bowel soup!

The food quality at Panera has declined. Had a breakfast souffle for the first time I'm a long time, it was disappointing. The egg filling was very mushy and a little mealy.

This location is far superior to the Panera in Ballwin. Management at this location actually seems to care.

Told about the soggy bread bowl in another review. Had the soup in what used to be a delicious bread bowl but either it is new recipe or bad baker. Just not as good as it used to be. The cranberry chicken salad sandwich on rustic bread was stellar.
