Pretty average Panera location. I work near this plaza so I regularly pick up from here. My order is usually ready and correct. I just personally feel like Panera is a rip off for what you pay for, but maybe that just me.

Sharing because this is consistently the type of experience I have had at this location with skimpy lame portions.

Drive thru was closed so went inside. Order taker seemed bothered, clipped, stressed but not impolite. As I waited for my to go order, I could see a fairly dirty place- would not want to eat in. The foodworker behind counter was clearly voicing her disgust w her work situation stating how “today sucks, tomorrow is gonna suck and next week is gonna suck even more bc I am taking days off”- making me less than confidant in eating the food being made for me.
W that being said - our sandwiches were ok, thankfully.
I spent $30 and tipped for a unpleasant experience and mediocre food. That’s kinda par for the course these days. Sadly.

My vegetarian wife ended up with bacon in her oatmeal. This is the second time at a Panera that this has happened. How is this cross contamination happening? Do they have crumbled bacon near the oatmeal toppings?

Can’t say enough good things about the closing team leader on Aug 6, 2024. We came in from the airport close to closing time and asked if it was too late to make a to-go order. He was extremely gracious, helpful, and kind and assured us they’d be fine to make our meals. Many people would have said no or at least been annoyed, and it would have been understandable if he’d wanted to send us on our way. Instead, he went out of his way to be kind and helpful.

Dietary restrictions: I have a severe dairy allergy, and Panera is one of the easiest places for me to eat. Their menu is easy to ID allergens and modify orders. They nearly always package my food separately and allergen labeled.

Kid-friendliness: Great kid options!
