If I could give 10 stars I would. The team at Pretzel Boys in Des Peres were my heroes today. Another company fell thru on my sons classroom birthday snack minutes before I was supposed to deliver the snack at the school. I called desperate for 100 nuggets as soon as humanly possible. They moved a few things around to bail me out. I called them at 1:05 pm, hung up at 1:09. I was 2 miles away when I called. I walked in and they already had everything ready to go and they were so nice to me. My receipt said 1:13. I dropped the nuggets off and was back in my car by 1:19. This was nothing short of a miracle on my sons 10th birthday. Huge THANK YOU!!!! I was even able to get home in time to host a call starting at 1:30.

Another pretzel place didn't have our order which we needed for a party so i stopped by this store. I explained the situation and Caleb was amazing. He looked at our order for the other store and made something equivalent which ended up being about $20 less than the other store.

We ordered softies for our event—they were fresh, delicious, and a big hit. Everything was bagged individually for a small extra fee, which made serving easy. The dips came in tubs, perfect for a crowd. We also got heart-shaped pretzels for decoration—super cute and a great price. Great experience all around!

I placed a large order for pickup 24 hours in advance. When I arrived to pick up, they did not have my order. Turns out I made the mistake of placing it (and pre paying) at a different location. I was supposed to be at the party with the order in 20 minutes. They offered to make the entire order right then and did not charge me again. They made it so fast and I was out of there with hot food right on time. All of the employees were so kind to quickly accommodate my mistake! Thanks again!
