Another pretzel place didn't have our order which we needed for a party so i stopped by this store. I explained the situation and Caleb was amazing. He looked at our order for the other store and made something equivalent which ended up being about $20 less than the other store.

We ordered softies for our event—they were fresh, delicious, and a big hit. Everything was bagged individually for a small extra fee, which made serving easy. The dips came in tubs, perfect for a crowd. We also got heart-shaped pretzels for decoration—super cute and a great price. Great experience all around!

I placed a large order for pickup 24 hours in advance. When I arrived to pick up, they did not have my order. Turns out I made the mistake of placing it (and pre paying) at a different location. I was supposed to be at the party with the order in 20 minutes. They offered to make the entire order right then and did not charge me again. They made it so fast and I was out of there with hot food right on time. All of the employees were so kind to quickly accommodate my mistake! Thanks...
