Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Got a double Red Robin burger, unlimited basket of fries and my iced tea never ran out. Place is very clean as well. Went to the restroom and you can really notice that these people care about their business. I highly recommend the Red Robin Des Peres.

Everything was excellent! We had a great waitress and the manager came to our table! The drinks were cold the food was hot! Friendly and clean! Loved the seasoning on the burger!

My friend and I were greeted and sat right as we walked in my the shift lead. She was very friendly and said our server, Jen, would be right with us. 20 minutes later that same shift lead noticed we didn't have drinks and came to get our drink orders and again stated our server, Jen, would be right over. Another 15 minutes passes and still no Jen. The shift lead came over to get our food order. We ordered a fried pickle appetizer, the A1 Steakhouse burger and chicken tenders. Our appetizer came out, we had no silverware or napkins, still no Jen. Finally, our server comes to greet us as our meals came out. (Note: I had noticed her slowly walking around the dining room and leaning on the countertop on her phone from our table several times instead of greeting us.) The food was excellent!! Absolutely zero complaints about the food!! Jen only came to our table twice more during our visit. We had to ask a hostess for to go boxes. When trying to pay, the kiosk at the table ran out of paper, so there we sat again until another server noticed the red light flashing and came to help. Only when seeing another server at her table did Jen bother coming back. I have never in my life left no tip but there was no excuse for the lack of service from Jen. She was not in the weeds, they were not on a rush! We sat for about an hour and a half for a burger and chicken tenders. Even though the food was great, will not be back to this location.

The service was good and the food was delivered hot and fresh. Wish they would refill the fries a little faster.

I've always loved Red Robin. The burgers are delicious and the bottomless sides Seal the deal. But, nothing against this resteruant but I have noticed from several locations that the burgers are not as good or as large as they once were. Like must things the quality and quantity has gone down, and the price has gone up.

Idk if they’re having a bad day or what but Fenton has food on the table in a couple minutes, and so far this location is at 30+ with no updates.

Chicken teriyaki burger had a very, very thin, maybe lucky if 1oz. slice of chicken, on 1/2 side of sandwich. Other side of sandwich was lettuce and tomato. $16+ sandwich- very disappointing. More tomato than chicken. Server was great.
