It was delicious. The workers were friendly. It was a little pricey, but that’s typical for a mall price. We will definitely be back.

I wish I could rate zero stars. My daughter stood in line as one worker had to fulfill several orders before hers. But she waited patiently. She ordered her rolled ice cream and asked for strawberries, whipped cream, macaroons and langirine. Payed extra for the macaroons. He handed her the order and as she took the spoon out of the cup as it was buried under all the toppings the toppings fell on the floor. I asked for napkins to clean it up and then asked if he could replace the toppings that he clearly saw on the floor. He tells me it'll be extra. I said yes we payed extra for the toppings it was a dollar for 1 macaroon. I said you saw her just drop the toppings in the floor you can't replace them. He proceeds to ignore me. I asked again and he just stood there looking out into outer space. I then told my daughter these are the people you give your money to. No type of customer service what so ever. Rude and arrogant as he completly ignored me. A waste of space. Absolutely insane. She was upset, I get it. Couldn't even enjoy the rest of her ice cream. Lost a customer.

I stood at the register for 10 to 15 minutes while the two workers were still making icecream for a few people. They just ignored me the entire time. Finally I spoke uo and just told them what I wanted and they just said 'were closed now'. I asked why didn't they say that to me the first five minutes of me standing there. They just mumbled they were closed again. Garbage busineas

When we approached the register the man working just sat there on his phone as if we weren’t there, I waited a few minutes and he still didn’t take our order so I just started stating it. The ice cream was ok but I had ordered a boba tea and he had spilled syrup all down the outside of the cup, I hadn’t noticed when I went to get the cup from him and he didn’t say anything as well, when I set the cup down at my table and saw that I now had syrup all over I looked back up at him and saw him just wipe off his hands and get back to being on his phone.

Absolutely delicious. My son got the chocolate with chocolate sauce today and holly cow it was delicious. I love how rolling the icecream gives it a different texture. It's really addictive and a real treat for yourself or a family to enjoy. The location was very clean and the stuff had our order ready quickly and made perfectly .

The workers here are always lazy and have horrible customer service. They saw us in line for 10 minutes and when it was our turn they didn’t want to serve us because they closed. They always have a bad attitude with customers and they get mad if you approach to them to order.

My daughter and her friend loved this place! We all loved watching the guy make and roll the ice cream. The dragon's breath candy made us look like we were smoking, which was really funny. The ice cream tastes really good too. I read other reviews about this place having poor customer service, but we did not experience that at all. Our order was taken promptly and they were friendly.

I gave three stars to this snow factory, boba tea is $5 per glass, but nothing even close to a boba tea milkshake. They have all same flavors just add caramel if you want caramel or if you want chocolate cookies they will put cookies on top. ? its a clean store, with no variety. Ice creams are good.

the ice cream is really delicious and the dragon breath balls are a great experience for children! the only sad thing is that the 3 employees are very angry all the time and the cashier has a scowl face! I don't feel like asking for more details about what they offer because the cashier scares me.
