I had a very upsetting experience at this Starbucks. When I walked in, the woman at the front refused to serve me, and it was clear that it was because I am Black. No customer should ever be treated this way. Everyone deserves to be respected and treated fairly, regardless of their race. I hope Starbucks addresses this issue immediately, because no one should have to experience discrimination when simply trying to get a cup of coffee. She turned her back on me after the customer before me and blankly ignored me for about 7 minutes she spoke to everyone around me but not me. I didn’t even want to order my coffee anymore. When she finally acknowledged me it was so dry and I just walked away due to it was not ok and made me sick to my stomach.

Our center Ordered coffee for everyone at work and my cup was barely filled….we pay too much for coffee to have this happen.

I go here every day. Sometimes they mess up my drink by putting water in instead of lemonade. I have asked them about this many times and they still continue to mess it up.

The cashier was really polite and pleasant. However the kitchen staff needs to organize better. I ordered a breakfast wrap and a small coffee. The 5 people that came after me got their sandwiches and coffee first while I still stood there for an extra 15 minutes.
